    Sales and Bookkeeping Support

    ​​​​​Key Responsibilities:

    • Process sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices.
    • Perform bank reconciliations and manage AR/AP
    • Address general queries and oversee expense management.

    Requirements:

    • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
    • Familiarity with Xero Accounting software is required
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

    Bonus Skills (Preferred):

    • Experience with Australian accounting practices is an added advantage.
    • Knowledge of Power Query in Excel.

    Billing & Posting Specialist

    ​​​​Key Responsibilities:

    • Bill out primary & secondary claims within 24 hours of receipt.
    • Batch and send electronic claims through the clearing house.
    • Check, correct, and re-bil flagged denials.
    • Post and balance daily receipts (insurance and patient).
    • Enter data into the EMR system.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in outpatient PT billing with a strong focus on posting payments.
    • Proficient in using EMR systems for PT billing (Thera Office, Clinic Controller (A2C), Therabill, Prompt, and WEB PT is a plus).
    • Experience with Medicare and various commercial insurance carriers (Aetna, CareFirst BCBS, CIGNA, etc.), and understanding the differences between plans (eg, HMO vs. PPO).
    • Demonstrated accuracy and thoroughness in reporting
    • Superior organizational skills and good communication to work proficiently with co-workers and clients.

    Sales Development Representative

    ​​​​Key Responsibilities:

    • Build outbound campaigns and establish initial contact with key decision makers and set conversations for internal sales agents
    • Uncover, qualify, nurture, and build the sales opportunity pipeline for our sales agents
    • Meet daily and weekly activity-based metrics (dials, conversations, qualified opportunities), logged into CRM
    • Manage prospecting status and forecasting in CRM

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Minimum 1 year of PEO experience
    • Computer skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and preferably with CRMS
    • Effective verbal skills to gain trust and interest of contacts via the phone
    • Ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization, including C-level communication
    • B2B sales experience
    • Experience working with a BPO company is preferred
    • Educational Requirements: Diploma
