A Large Property Development concern is seeking to employ a Group Analyst based in Kenya, Nairobi. This role would suit a candidate with experience from a reputable investment bank, PE fund or a consultancy firm. The incumbent will be responsible for comprehensive analysis of new and existing projects; working closely with the CFO, Chief of Staff, the Head of Finance and the in-country teams.

Requirements:

• Min Experience – 5 + years exp.
• Min Qualification – Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Analytics or Mathematics
• Financial and commercial analysis of new land sales, new development projects and other business opportunities
• Creating and maintaining financial models for the top structure developments
• Contributing to strategic capital raising initiatives across the group
• Assist with the preparation and coordination of the annual business plan

Job description

A Large Property Development concern is seeking to employ a Group Sales Manager based in Kenya, Nairobi travelling between Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria and the DRC. This role would suit a candidate with experience in sales management in commercial and or residential real estate. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and delivering sales strategies across the countries. Implementing key initiatives to achieve revenue targets for the company’s real estate products.

Requirements:

• Min Experience – 10 years exp. In a senior sales manager capacity; with proven track record of delivering revenue-generation targets and driving sales growth
• Min Qualification – Bachelor’s degree in Business
• Oversee sales managers in Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria and the DRC. Setting goals and tracking these
• Develop strategies to improve or enhance the current sales processes
• Stay current on the real estate industry, benchmarking the business against other real estate products and developments in Africa
