    LPG Territory Manager

    JOB PURPOSE

    The LPG Territory Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet set LPG targets in volume and margin through promoting and selling LPG in cylinder and bulk to potential and existing customers.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Actively seek out and engage with potential customers to grow the client base.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
    • Identify new market opportunities, analyze market trends and customer preferences.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
    • Implement marketing propositions to promote the brand and increase sales in the region.
    • Educate customers on the safe handling, storage and use of LPG.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions.
    • Ensure timely collection of all revenues due by following up on outstanding payments.
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market updates and customer feedback.
    • Ensure compliance with safety requirements and regulatory standards in all activities.

    Requirements

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
    • At least 3 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas sector in LPG sales.
    • Strong knowledge of LPG.

    Key Accounts Coordinator - Lubricants

    JOB PURPOSE

    The Key Accounts Coordinator will be responsible for driving the growth of lubricants sales by developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve set volume and margin targets. The role involves promoting, selling, and distributing automotive and industrial lubricants to both existing and potential customers within the assigned territory.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Actively identify, prospect, and engage potential customers to expand the lubricants customer base
    • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to overall revenue growth.
    • Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, garages, transport companies, industries, and key accounts.
    • Implement promotional and marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and product uptake within the region.
    • Provide technical guidance to customers on lubricant selection, application, and equipment compatibility.
    • Conduct product training and awareness sessions for customers and channel partners.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and orders.
    • Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on outstanding debts in line with credit policies.
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market intelligence reports, and customer feedback.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations in all operations.

    Requirements
    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field.
    • At least 3–5 years’ experience in sales within the Oil & Gas industry, specifically lubricants or related petroleum products.

    Human Resource Officer

    JOB PURPOSE

    The incumbent will be responsible for providing efficient and effective human resources support services across the organization. This will include implementing HR policies, managing employee data and payroll inputs, supporting talent management processes, and ensuring compliance with statutory and company requirements. The role is aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and driving overall organizational excellence.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Administer employee records, contracts, and HR systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date personnel information in compliance with statutory and company requirements.
    • Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and exit processes, ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle experience.
    • Implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
    • Support performance management processes including goal setting, appraisals, and employee development plans.
    • Handle employee relations matters by addressing grievances, disciplinary issues, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
    • Develop, implement, and monitor training and development programs by conducting training needs assessments, coordinating learning initiatives, facilitating or sourcing training delivery, and evaluating effectiveness to enhance employee competencies, compliance (including HSSEQ), and overall organizational performance.
    • Support payroll administration by providing accurate employee data, leave records, and benefits information through HRMIS.
    • Manage leave administration and employee welfare programs to ensure staff well-being and productivity.
    • Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives, staff recognition programs, and internal communication strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including NSSF, NHIF, PAYE, and other regulatory obligations.
    • Provide HR support to depot, transport, and distribution teams to ensure consistent HR service delivery across all operational locations.
    • Establish and manage the organization’s training framework, including annual training plans, budgets, learning policies, and partnerships with training providers to ensure continuous employee development and alignment with business objectives.

    Requirements
    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    • KCSE B+ and above.
    • Professional HR certification (e.g. CHRP) is an added advantage.
    • At least 3–5 years’ experience in Human Resource Management, preferably in an Oil & Gas Industry.
    • Knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and statutory compliance requirements.
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
