    Personal Assistant โ€“ Nairobi

    The role is to assist a young female CEO with both professional and personal responsibilities, requiring a professional who brings structure, warmth, and accountability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, engage seamlessly with diverse stakeholders from household staff to high-level collaborators, maintain discretion, ensure follow-through, and help the CEO stay focused and organized.

    Key Responsibilities.

    • Manage the CEO’s business and personal calendar, inbox, and correspondence, ensuring priorities and follow-ups are handled and coordinating with all stakeholders.
    • Schedule meetings, prepare briefs, track tasks, follow up on deadlines, and manage priorities to keep the CEO focused.
    • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including visas, flights, accommodation, itineraries, and related personal or family travel needs.
    • Manage household staff, schedules, supplies, service providers, maintenance, personal and family appointments, school calendars, events, errands, shopping, deliveries, returns, and gift sourcing to ensure smooth home operations.
    • Build and maintain efficient systems for time management, task tracking, filing, and project monitoring; set up digital task boards (e.g., Trello, Notion, Asana) for both business and personal responsibilities.
    • Digitize and organize personal and business records (receipts, expenses, medical files, warranties), maintain a centralized contact database, and ensure accurate financial documentation for both home and work.
    • Independently research, plan, and execute special assignments as directed by the CEO, creating SOPs for recurring tasks and implementing solutions that enhance productivity and organization.

    Key Qualifications.

    • 5+ Years as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Virtual Assistant.
    • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Human Resource or a related field.
    • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and written/verbal communication skills.
    • Skilled in using digital tools to manage calendars, tasks, communication, and files for both personal and business needs.
    • Confident engaging with all levels from household staff to senior stakeholders; personable, emotionally intelligent, and adaptable under pressure.
    • Highly discreet, trustworthy, dependable, calm, and professional when handling sensitive information.

    Rooms Division Manager- Diani

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic leadership, operational excellence, and financial performance of the Rooms Division, encompassing Front Office, Housekeeping, and Reservations. The role ensures seamless guest experiences, optimal room inventory utilisation, cost control, service quality, and full compliance with brand standards, internal controls, and statutory requirements. The position plays a critical role in aligning rooms operations with commercial objectives, guest satisfaction targets, and overall resort profitability.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and coordinate Front Office, Housekeeping, and Reservations to ensure smooth operations and consistent service excellence across the full guest journey.
    • Oversee front desk, guest relations, arrivals/departures, VIP handling, complaint resolution, and service recovery processes.
    • Ensure high standards of cleanliness, room readiness, public area presentation, and housekeeping quality controls.
    • Manage reservations and room inventory, ensuring booking accuracy, rate integrity, and optimized occupancy and revenue performance.
    • Enforce SOPs, operational controls, audits, and compliance with health, safety, legal, and company standards.
    • Manage Rooms Division budgets, cost controls, payroll efficiency, and financial performance against targets.
    • Lead, coach, and develop Rooms Division teams, ensuring proper staffing, training, performance management, and discipline.
    • Monitor and drive KPIs including guest satisfaction, reputation scores, occupancy, ADR/RevPAR, turnaround times, and audit results.

    Key Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
    • 7 years’ Rooms Division experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
    • Strong Front Office and Housekeeping background with required exposure to reservations and revenue.
    • Proven experience in a resort or high-volume hospitality environment.
    • Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera or similar), MS Office, and reporting tools.
    • Strong leadership and people management capability.
    • Solid operational and financial acumen with a detail-oriented control mindset.
    • Excellent communication, guest engagement, and multi-priority management skills with commercial, data-driven decision making.
