The Position

- Enforce adoption and compliance to processes to merge operations and new products
- Develop partnerships to further the impact and reach of our tech operations
- Draft requirements, presentations and training documentation to communicate processes and priorities to stakeholders
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience from a top tier firm in consulting, finance, or similar growth or product operations roles in high-growth environments
- Undergraduate degree from top tier university
- Pursuing an MBA Degree from a top university
- Proven analytical skills to understand metrics and build insights from data
- Bias-to-action and hands-on experience delivering business results.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent structured thinking and communication skills.
- Success in developing, implementing and automating processes
- Experience in emerging markets supply chain is a plus
