    Technical Sales& Marketing Executive

    The Technical Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting the company’s products within the printing, textiles, packaging, paper, steel, and general industrial sectors. 

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales & Business Development

    • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across targeted industries.
    • Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry partners.
    • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
    • Achieve set sales targets and contribute to strategic growth plans.
    • Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and emerging trends.
    • Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain updated CRM records.

    Technical Support

    • Understand and explain technical features, benefits, and specifications of industrial rubber and polyurethane rollers.
    • Provide customers with technical guidance on product selection, usage, and maintenance.
    • Work closely with production and engineering teams to address customer requirements and quality concerns.
    • Assist in product testing, sampling, and performance evaluations with clients.

    Marketing & Brand Promotion

    • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and brand visibility.
    • Create marketing materials including brochures, product sheets, and digital content.
    • Manage social media pages, website content, and digital marketing initiatives.
    • Plan and execute exhibitions, trade fairs, plant tours, and customer engagement events.
    • Conduct market research to identify new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.

    Reporting & Administration

    • Prepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports.
    • Maintain good documentation of customer interactions, orders, and feedback.
    • Support management in developing annual sales and marketing strategies.

    Requirements

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in technical sales or marketing within a manufacturing, industrial products, engineering, or printing-related industry.
    • Strong technical understanding of print consumables, flexo and offset printing, rubber rollers, or industrial machinery (added advantage).
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing customer portfolios.

    Property Advisor(Real Estate)

    Job summary/ Job purpose/ Role Intent:

    • Source and close sales leads to grow the business and achieve the expected sales targets of the project end to end and preparing daily sales reports for consideration by the Team Sales Leader. The property advisor will be expected to aid the client grow their business in the real estate sector being sale of both residential and commercial plots.

    Key Accountabilities

    • Create systematic and consistent lead generation from project marketing efforts, cold calling, referrals, lead generation services and other forms of media. All engagements to be on the CRM.
    • Ensure that all client engagements from prospecting to closure are on the CRM.
    • Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties on the real estate market and relay the same to their supervisor
    • Provide periodic (daily, weekly and monthly) sales reports (client pipeline) to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance through the entire customer journey.
    • Participate in the promotion of property sales on organized events such as expos, site activations, mall activations among others.
    • Follow up and ensure the preparation and approval of documents such as booking forms, offer letters, sale agreements and transfer documents
    • Upload customer payment evidence on the CRM for validation
    • Ensure customer payment plans are followed up and all collections done on time. Achieve 85% compliance to customer payment plans. Issue cancellation notices through the CRM as per policy.
    • Ensure all mortgage clients are identified early, their mortgage applications created and tracked centrally.
    • Ensure compliance with real estate laws and policies when conducting property sales. Act with high levels of professionalism in all client engagements

    Qualifications- Academic and Professional

    • At least 1 years’ experience working as a Marketer/Sales Executive, in the real estate sector

    Relationship Officer - Collections

    Key Accountabilities

    • Receipt of funds and issuance of receipts
    • Regular client communication in terms of debt status, repayment plans, support required throughout the customers’ journey- (Onboarding of customer details and customer documents on CRM, Mapping of payment plans, portfolio allocation, follow up on signing of offer letters, issue of instructions to lawyers to prepare sale agreements, follow up on execution of documents).
    • Mortgage pipeline management and follow up.
    • Mapping of timed collections
    • Revenue assurance for allocated portfolio to issuance of cancellation notices and notification of units back to the market. (Including timely disbursements of loans).
    • Risk mitigation by participation on the handover documentations.
    • Complaint resolutions end to end with respective departments
    • Compliance to laid down policies and laws.

    Principal Outputs for this role

    • Weekly status meetings with lawyers
    • Restructuring of payment plans for approval by the Relationship Manager and Business Development Manager.
    • Qualifying, approval and updating refunds for allocated portfolios
    • Realization of projected cash flows and income for allocated portfolios
    • Reporting on daily collections report for allocated portfolios
    • Servicing of existing and new company financial obligations
    • Sales output through cross selling
    • Provide key insights derived from customer engagements on various project milestones supporting decision making.
    • Key driver to improve and grow NPS scores

    Requirements

    Qualifications- Academic and Professional

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University preferably in a business-related field
    • Relevant professional certification is an added advantage

    Experience

    • At least one-year experience in relationship management in a financial/ real estate institution
    • Strong proficiency in banking systems and applications especially Profits and CRM
    • Experience in portfolio management is a core requirement

    Branch Executive

    Key Responsibilities

    • Raise the company’s profile and enhance its visibility by positioning it strategically in the region.
    • Develop an effective Sales strategy and creating a sustainable and comprehensive sales plan.
