The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and develop strategies to enhance sales performance in the workshop and auto parts sector.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients while handling complaints professionally.
- Upsell complementary products and services to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Provide expert knowledge of tyre specifications, automotive parts, and common workshop services to assist customers effectively.
- Utilize online platforms (WhatsApp Business, Facebook, Instagram) for marketing and customer engagement.
- Track stock levels, prepare sales reports, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Collaborate with technicians and service teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Identify customer needs proactively and offer timely solutions to enhance satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Certificate or training in Automotive Parts Management is an added advantage.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of tyre brands, specifications, and vehicle compatibility.
- Proficiency in MS Office, POS systems, and CRM software.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD tools and processes for software delivery.
- Integrate security practices into the DevOps process, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with the IT team on non-functional requirements such as availability and performance.
- Remediate vulnerabilities and apply patches to improve system security.
- Automate security testing and vulnerability management processes.

Qualifications
- BSc. in Computer Science or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Professional certifications in IT Security (CISSP, CCSP, CISA, CISM) are a plus.
Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in similar roles.
- Proficiency in scripting and coding (Python, JavaScript, React.js).
- Strong knowledge of DevSecOps tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Docker, etc.).
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST).
- Excellent understanding of cybersecurity principles.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, technically proficient, and capable of maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate accounting records by posting transactions in accounting software (e.g., Pastel) and managing supporting documentation.
- Prepare and process payments, including payment vouchers, petty cash reconciliations, and supplier invoices.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure compliance with statutory obligations, including timely filing and remittance of PAYE, NHIF, NSSF, and VAT.
- Reconcile dividend accounts for various issuers on a monthly basis, identifying and resolving unmatched transactions.
- Monitor issuer dividend bank accounts and liaise with banks to address upload delays, discrepancies, or fraudulent activities.
- Process and reconcile electronic dividend payments, including RTGS, EFT, and SFI, and manage cheque refunds and reversals.
- Support audits and financial reporting by preparing reconciliations, financial summaries, and providing required documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CPA Intermediate level (minimum).
- At least 3 years of hands-on accounting experience.
- Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and statutory compliance.
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong integrity, analytical skills, and a proactive mindset.
