    Operations Assistant Manager

    On behalf of our client, we are hiring an Operations Assistant Manager who will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient execution of logistics, warehouse, field operations, fleet coordination, and reporting activities. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate operational records, coordinating communication between stakeholders, supporting compliance requirements, and contributing to operational efficiency across the supply chain.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and support the smooth execution of daily operational activities across multiple sites.
    • Track stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records across operational locations.
    • Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
    • Follow up on operational action items to ensure timely completion and accountability.
    • Facilitate effective communication between field teams, warehouse staff, and management.
    • Monitor material collection, transportation, processing, and final dispatch activities.
    • Maintain accurate operational records, documentation, and filing systems.
    • Update and validate operational data within ERP and reporting systems.
    • Track fleet utilization and monitor movement of company vehicles and equipment.
    • Manage asset allocation, handovers, transfers, and accountability documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
    • Support implementation of occupational health, safety, and workplace compliance requirements.
    • Assist in preparing operational records and documentation for internal and external audits.
    • Liaise with internal departments and external service providers on operational matters.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and performance.

    Skills & Requirements

    • Diploma or Degree in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum 1–2 years' experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, or administration.
    • Experience in field-based or multi-site operations is an added advantage.
    • Knowledge of ERP systems and operational reporting tools is preferred.
    • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong report writing and documentation skills.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace applications.
    • Ability to analyze data and prepare operational reports.
    • Good understanding of inventory and logistics processes.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    • Strong time management and multitasking skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

    On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a highly analytical, commercially minded, and results-driven Finance Manager to lead the company's financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, cash flow management, supplier strategy, cost control, compliance, systems improvement, and finance team leadership within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead the monthly financial close process and preparation of management accounts.

    • Proven experience managing financial reporting, cash flow, budgeting, and controls.
    • Experience using ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, ERPNext, or similar platforms.
    • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
    • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
