    Sales Executive - Tours

    Job Purpose:
    Our Client is seeking a results driven and highly motivated Sales Executive to drive travel sales by acquiring and managing clients across institutions, corporate, and NGOs.

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Identify, prospect and generate new business opportuntires 
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve abnd exceed revenue targets 
    • Prepare and deliver compeling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
    • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and after sales support
    • Maintain an up to date sales pipeline and provide regular reports on sales performance
    • Attend industry events, networking forums, and client meetings

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelors Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Minimum 3 years experience in sales, preferably in travel, hospitality or related industry
    • Proven track record in B2B Sales and achievinbg sales targets
    • Self driven, proactive and able to work independntly
    • Experience dealing with institutions and corporates
    • Strong business development and networking skills
    • Customer focused with a consultative sales approach

    Tour Consultant

    Job Purpose:

    • We are seeking to recruit an experienced Tours Consultant to manage and coordinate end-to-end travel and tour operations for corporate, leisure, MICE, and specialty travel groups.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing customized travel itineraries, coordinating travel logistics, managing supplier relationships, and delivering exceptional client service while ensuring efficient and seamless travel experiences.

    Job Description

    Key Accountabilities

    • Develop and customize high-quality itineraries for corporate, leisure, MICE, and specialty groups, ensuring 100% alignment with client objectives and budget.
    • Manage end-to-end tour operations, coordinating flights, hotels, transfers, excursions, and supplier arrangements to achieve a 98%+ service delivery accuracy rate.
    • Negotiate and secure competitive rates with local and international suppliers to optimize margins and reduce operational costs.
    • Strengthen client relationships by providing proactive communication, rapid issue resolution, and exceptional after-travel support, contributing to high client retention scores.

    Job Requirements

    • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Travel & Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Professional certification in IATA/UFTAA, Tour Operations, Travel Consultancy, or GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) is an added advantage.
    • 7+ years of proven experience in tour operations or travel consultancy within a reputable travel agency or tour company.
    • Demonstrated hands-on experience in group travel management, corporate travel, and specialized itineraries (e.g., educational, business, MICE).
