Job Summary:

• A Digital Marketer is responsible for promoting a company’s products or services using online channels such as social media, search engines, email, and websites to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok)
• Create and optimize online ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Perform Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to improve website ranking
• Run email marketing campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics
• Create engaging content (blogs, posts, videos, graphics)
• Monitor trends and competitor activities
• Improve website traffic and conversion rates

Required Skills:

• Digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools)
• Content creation and copywriting
• Data analysis and reporting
• Social media management
• Basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe tools)
• Communication and creativity
• Understanding of customer behavior online

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field
• Certifications (added advantage):
• Google Digital Marketing
• Meta (Facebook) Ads Certification
• Experience in managing digital campaigns (internships or jobs)

Job Summary

• A Sacco Driver is responsible for safely transporting passengers along designated routes while adhering to traffic laws, Sacco regulations, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role focuses on safety, punctuality, and efficient vehicle operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a public service vehicle (PSV) as assigned
• Pick up and drop off passengers at designated points
• Follow Sacco schedules and route guidelines
• Ensure passenger safety at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the vehicle
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections (brakes, tires, oil, fuel, lights)
• Ensure compliance with NTSA and traffic regulations
• Keep accurate trip and fuel records
• Report accidents, mechanical issues, or delays promptly

Required Skills:

• Excellent driving and road safety skills
• Good knowledge of routes and traffic patterns
• Strong time management and punctuality
• Customer service and communication skills
• Ability to handle pressure and traffic situations
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
• Teamwork (working with Sacco management)

Qualifications:

• Valid PSV driving license
• Valid NTSA PSV badge
• Certificate of good conduct
• Basic education (KCSE or equivalent preferred)
• Minimum (4 years) driving experience
