    Senior Sales Executive

     Key Responsibilities

    • Pro-active sales for new potential clients and business
    • Organizing B2B Meetings for exhibitions in Kenya and East Africa.
    • Promoting Kenyan exhibitions to potential exhibitors in Kenya and East Africa.
    • Visitor and VIP marketing within East Africa.
    • Sponsorship Marketing.
    • Building data base of potential exhibitors and visitors in East Africa.
    • Research and contact of new potential exhibitors through all sales channels for several German Exhibitions.
    • Research and contact of associations in East Africa.
    • Contact person to all East African customers.
    • Contact person for the European and African Embassies in Nairobi.
    • General service person for Kenyan exhibitors and business buyers.
    • Promoting the company within East Africa region.
    • Research and Initiation of new Business through new business partners.
    • Coordination of Appointments for German Partners and delegations.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Degree or diploma in Sales & Marketing, Hospitality or related filed.
    • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience especially in the events sales.
    • Experience in end customer relationship management.
    • Excellent customer service.
    • Excellent networking skills.
    • Great communication and oral skills – fluent in Swahili and English.
    • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Familiar with online marketing.

    Marketing Executive

     Key Responsibilities

    • Spearhead the Company’s event and tradeshow strategy, including but not limited to: identifying key events, internal team training for attendees, maintain pre- and post-show communication, and event attendance.
    • Work with in-house designer to ensure event display accurately represents the Company’s brand.
    • Develop event strategy and objectives; spearhead initiatives to meet objectives based on lead generation, customer advocacy, and more.
    • Negotiate and execute contracts for large- and small-scale events.
    • Manage a team of event marketing specialists.
    • Build relationships with Company’s customers and prospects on a one-to-one basis.
    • Interact with key decisions makers and account-holders.
    • Responsible for ordering and tracking event inventory include collateral, giveaways, etc.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Bachelor’s in marketing or related discipline
    • At least 2 years of related marketing experience.
    • Prior experience in event Marketing, Hospitality, PR, or in Media industries.
    • Experience carrying out event marketing efforts, including trade show planning, attendance, and reporting.
    • Experience partnering with various teams.
    • Highly organized with an ability to manage resources, budgets, and onsite personnel
    • Strong communication skills – written and oral.
    • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • You are creative, innovative, and always think outside the box.
    • Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at a time.
    • You are metric driven and have the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data.

    Sales Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Proactively create and build relationships with decision-makers up to C-suite level at prospective and newly acquired customers, directly or through leads generated by local Marketing or partners
    • Actively use LinkedIn/structured social media campaigns and traditional “cold calling”, and prepare for and attend appropriate local industry events to gain appointments, build relationships and
    • increase awareness of company’s value proposition
    • Identify, qualify, pursue (design and propose), negotiate and profitably close net new business, in close collaboration with local Management and Operations team, as well as Marketing and Legal

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in business or IT field
    • 5+ years of experience in a consultative selling area.
    • Track record of deals within the banking/insurance sector.
    • Preferable experience in IT Services/data center/telco/network environment.
    • Broad business network and contact data base especially in the Financial industry.
    • Be able to bring your own pipeline of prospective customers.
    • Good understanding of Microsoft office applications.
    • Good team-working skills.
