    Payments Performance Analyst

    CORE  ACCOUNTABILITIES AND DELIVERABLES 

    • Financial: Provide monthly product performance reports with insights to guide Business decisions
    • People: Manage a team of ELPs on data Analytics and review reports from them. Work closely with BI team to ensure product dashboards are precise and provide insightful metrics on performance.
    • Processes: Adhere to Product House Process and procedures mitigating any risks laid down.
    • Systems: Ensure platforms and systems used for data analytics are readily available and UpToDate
    • Customers/Clients: Work closely with internal clients who are users of reporting dashboards- train and continuously

    • The above position plays a crucial role in evaluating, measuring, and improving financial performance and operational efficiency in the business.
    • The above role is at Group Level- supporting all licenses and Subsidiaries in providing product and channel performance reports.

    Sr. Level Full Stack Developer

    The Senior Full Stack Developer is a key contributor to Equity Group’s digital transformation agenda, responsible for the end‑to‑end design, development, and maintenance of scalable and secure digital applications.
    The role focuses on building robust backend services and APIs, developing responsive user‑centric front‑end interfaces, and providing technical leadership while working with cross‑functional teams across multiple countries.

    Key Responsibilities

    Full Stack Development

    • Design, build, and maintain scalable end‑to‑end digital applications.
    • Develop responsive and modular user interfaces using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
    • Develop backend services and RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core, C#, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
    • Integrate front‑end applications with backend systems, APIs, and cloud‑native platforms.
    • Implement microservices, API gateways, and message‑driven architectures where required.

    Architecture & Technical Leadership

    • Define and enforce full‑stack architecture standards, design patterns, and secure coding practices.
    • Provide technical direction on frameworks, tools, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment approaches.
    • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and accessibility.
    • Conduct code reviews and ensure high development quality across the team.

    Agile Delivery & Collaboration

    • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimation, and agile ceremonies.
    • Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, architects, QA teams, and partners.
    • Contribute to DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, and containerized deployments.

    • Exposure to insurance systems is an added advantage

    Academic Qualifications & Certifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
    • Certifications in .NET, Angular, or Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS) are preferred
    • Secure Coding or API Management certification is an added advantage
    • Agile or Scrum certification is a plus
