    Quality Control Lead - Electric

    About Role

    Burn is looking for an Electric Quality Control Lead who will oversee the activity of the quality assurance team, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organization’s products and development processes.

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • Manage quality processes to ensure quality compliance of:
      • Electric product assembly lines.
      • Incoming quality of Electric products.
      • Finished assembled Electric products.
      • In-process quality of Electric products.
    • Manage and provide feedback to the production, engineering, and product teams.
    • Manage quality processes that require performing tasks that interface with software-related products supporting the Electric products.
    • Manage a team of quality inspectors and analysts with their daily tasks and workstation allocation.
    • Generate and share quality reports including corrective actions regarding quality processes for Electric lines and products.
    • Coordinate quality inspection of Electric products and assembly lines.
    • Work with engineering & product teams to ensure that process/product validations are carried out adequately and successfully.
    • Lead and own the development and revision of quality documents, such as spec sheets, SOPs, drawings, etc.
    • Facilitate training, learning, and knowledge dissemination for quality inspectors and analysts. Contribute towards quality training strategy for Electric team.
    • Identify stations and assembly lines that need more training and/or more talent.
    • Ensure that all quality requirements are met before any product release.
    • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the manager from time to time.
    • Ensure all measurement and inspection instruments are calibrated

    Skills and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in a quality control role.
    • Prior leadership in a quality role in manufacturing setup.
    • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
    • Background in electrical and electronics engineering.
    • Knowledge of software platforms for process management.
    • Can work collaboratively across teams to pull needed resources.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

    Customer Care Representative - Contractor

    About The Role

    BURN is looking for an exceptional, efficient Customer Service Representative to fill the role. The successful candidate must have experience in customer-facing tasks such as customer care, direct sales, and or client relationship management. You will be responsible for handling all customer queries and surveys.

    • Workdays: Monday-Saturday
    • Rest days: 1 day between Monday and Sunday
    • Shift Plan: The shifts will run from 7.00 am to 3.00 pm and 12.00 pm to 8.00 pm as assigned by the manager

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Attend to Customer Service Cases using an SMS-based platform and/or customer care phone line:

    • Help customers register product
    • Help customers with warranty returns and repairs- sending repair information and directions, liaising with service stations to ensure proper repair
    • Answer customer queries and direct them to the proper channels
    • Follow up with customers to ensure product satisfaction and address any confusion with the use
    • Attend to customer inbox messages, calls, social media, and live chat and respond accordingly
    • Conduct phone call interviews, and surveys and capture data
    • Work with the repair coordinator to facilitate warranty repair and walk-in customers

    Maintain Customer Database & SMS platform

    • Data entry and organization/cleaning
    • Conduct basic analysis of customer care statistics and create simple reports
    • Translate messaging and responses
    • Set up and modify automated messaging of the SMS platform
    • Complete repair service orders in ERP

    Support & System Improvements

    • Support other departments regarding customers info and service
    • Identify areas for improvement and bring issues to the team’s attention as well as help to follow-through with solution implementation
    • Help set up new functionality in the SMS platform

    About The Role

    Burn is looking for a LinkedIn Sourcing Assistant, who will be responsible for identifying candidates on LinkedIn with highly technical and specialized skills to fill current or future vacancies. The individual will play a critical role in coordinating the sourcing activities while working closely with the recruiters.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Working together with the recruitment teams and hiring manager to define candidate personas.
    • Sourcing suitable candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sources.
    • Drafting and sending out recruiting emails to potential candidates on LinkedIn.
    • Maintaining a professional network with potential candidates by responding to their inquiries and sharing their profiles with recruiters once they receive them.
    • Developing a database for current and future hires on LinkedIn by populating the projects.

    Head of Carbon Sales

     

    About The Role

    BURN is seeking a Head of Carbon Sales to lead the development of our carbon credit sales strategy and build a sales desk. The Head of Carbon Sales will be responsible for closing large, multi-year deals through both indirect and direct sales channels.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Design, manage, and monitor sales practices and tools to create repeatable, scalable sales processes that accelerate growth quickly, including scripts and pricing strategies
    • Build and execute a comprehensive go-to-market sales strategy
    • Collaborate with members from the Carbon and Marketing departments to produce marketing materials for projects, monthly newsletters to the customer base, and market announcements, etc.
    • Lead the recruitment of a specialist carbon sales desk
    • Develop and maintain a robust CRM database of clients
    • Oversee a sales team that keeps in regular contact with our customer base
    • Establish, monitor, and report on goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Oversee market analyses related to industry trends and client trading activity, to optimize sales timing and achieve optimum pricing

    Skills and Experience:

    • 5+ years of experience working in sales, including a multi-year track record of leading a sales desk in consistent growth
    • Experience within the carbon offset credits markets is desirable, or experience in fair trade commodity markets
    • Demonstrated experience building and managing a sales desk
    • Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and closing deals with large companies
    • Mature, highly motivated, energetic self-starter who takes ownership and works independently
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
    • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple country offices and departments
