    Head of Sales

    Key Responsibilities

    • Developthe company’s sales strategy for each key channel (agro-dealers, large farms, distributors & coop societies), split by region and product line
    • Identify new sales routes, channels, and product opportunities
    • Develop and implement the company’s marketing plan to accelerate awareness and market share of owned products amongst distributors, stockists and farmers 
    • Recruit and performance manage regional sales managers and, through them, the distributed sales team
    • Lead the sales call center
    • Embed the use of data into the entire sales process
    • Coach the regional sales managers and sales team on how to maximize sales
    • Make pricing recommendations based on market feedback
    • Make procurement recommendations based on sales data, inventory levels and expected sales
    • Manage the sales team budget (both revenue and costs)
    • Train mentor and onboard new team members 
    • Report on the sales performance on an ongoing basis and constantly problem solve actively and real-time to improve performance 
    • Provide input on Sales Incentive Structure.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
    • 7+ years of experience in sales management
    • Extensive experience in developing and leading a rural sales team inmultiple countries, East Africa block preferred
    • Strong in Team Leadership
    • Strong Communication Skills
    • Strong Analytical Skills

    Regional Sales Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    •  Support the full implementation of sales strategy in specific regions.
    • Scout for new territories for expansion this includes sourcing for new locations and clusters of Agro-dealers.
    • Support marketing activities in your designated regions.
    • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions; not limited to direct reports and key stakeholders.
    • Create regional sales plans in accordance with the set Annual targets for the region; monitor sales agents’ activities and ensure attainment of individual targets.
    • Monitor Stockists within the allocated region and effectively manage relationships with them.
    • Conduct weekly team review meetings, assessing performance against KPIs and helping the team resolve performance gaps.
    • Timely reporting of regional sales performance as required.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Degree in In Business Management, Sales & Marketing or Equivalent.
    • 5+ years experience in a sales management role (FMCG experience preferably)
    • Ability to Coach Mentor & Motivate Teams
    • Data-driven
    • Passionate about developing rural communities
    • Experience opening up new markets

    Key Account Executive - B2B & Corporates

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • Manage existing customer relationships while developing new client leads
    • Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company`s ambitious growth
    • Effectively and independently delivering software value proposition whilst demonstrating a high understanding of the product
    • Developing a sustained pipeline of accounts by actively prospecting 
    • Investigating the client’s needs and, through a strong and deep understanding of all their products, recommending the particular product(s) that best fulfils the identified needs
    • Convert sales opportunities to wins and invoice. Track billing and survey customer satisfaction
    • Research organizations and individuals to find new business opportunities
    • Developing, writing and delivering value-based sales proposals
    • Continually assess the competitiveness of our products and services against the relevant comparable companies and markets

    Minimum Requrements:

    • Bachelor's degree in sales & marketing or information technology or related field
    • 5+ yearss of experience in sales of  ICT Solutions, with at least 3 concecutive years in B2B  and or corporate Sales of ICT solutions
    • Knowledge and experience with BFSI (Insurance, Bank and Finance services).
    • An in-depth understanding of the sales lifecycle.
