    Sealer - Trucks (Eldoret)

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist in the safe movement of trucks within the loading bay.
    • Conduct quality control checks, including density, temperature, and dip measurements.
    • Ensure trucks are properly sealed upon completion of quality checks.
    • Verify that all loaded trucks comply with safety requirements as outlined in the client’s checklist.
    • Prepare and submit defect reports for non-compliant trucks to facilitate timely repairs and ensure adherence to client’s safety standards.
    • Perform any other duties as may be assigned by the Depot Manager.
    • Demonstrate integrity, respect, and responsiveness in the execution of all duties.
    • Ensure proper sealing of trucks to prevent product loss, theft, and contamination.
    • Collaborate effectively with the Dispatcher, Seals Issuer, Additivation Personnel, and Depot Manager to support smooth operations.
    • Maintain vigilance during vehicle inspections to identify both obvious and subtle defects, including faulty sealing mechanisms.
    • Ensure that product quality meets the required standards and promptly report any discrepancies prior to dispatch.
    • Uphold the client’s brand image by maintaining accurate, complete, and well-organized documentation, while demonstrating professionalism, respect, and integrity in all interactions.

    LPG Territory Manager – Channel

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Sales & Revenue Growth

    • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for LPG and accessories within the territory.
    • Implement territory sales plans to drive volume growth and profitability.
    • Demonstrate hands-on capability in increasing sales volumes through structured route-to-market execution.

    Territory & Channel Management

    • Oversee and manage the assigned territory with daily performance monitoring.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all LPG Channel-related matters within the territory, anticipating needs and addressing concerns promptly.
    • Define and optimise the Route to Market to address market opportunities, including the right number of distributors, POS network mapping, and end-customer CVP delivery.
    • Identify new market opportunities and expand market coverage across the assigned counties.
    • Manage, develop, retain, and build loyalty among Channel Partners (Distributors and POS).
    • Develop distributors’ logistics and sales capability for safe and sustainable growth.
    • Vet, recruit, and onboard new distributors, supporting them in developing their networks of Points of Sale and indirect C&I customers.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, distribution, finance) to ensure client deliverables are met and issues are resolved.

    Market Intelligence

    • Gather, analyse, and share market and competitor intelligence to inform sales and marketing strategies.
    • Monitor and understand Route to Market dynamics, distribution gaps, and competitive activity in the territory.

    Account & Credit Management

    •  Conduct regular field visits to existing and prospective channel members.
    • Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy account balances across all channel partners.

    Metal & Stock Management

    • Monitor and optimise stock levels at Distributor and Points of Sale to maximise sales and prevent stock-outs or overstocking. 
    •  Monitor the use of company assets (cages, cylinders, etc.) throughout the channel to ensure optimum control and return on investment.

    Field Operations

    • Conduct regular field visits to existing and prospective channel members
    • Evaluate product placement, visibility, and merchandising standards across the territory.

    Training & Support

    • Coordinate and facilitate regular training sessions on customer service, LPG safety standards, and product knowledge for channel members.
    • Coordinate, monitor performance of, and coach Distributor Sales Representatives (DSRs) assigned to the territory.

    Reporting & Performance Tracking

    • Submit daily sales reports and weekly commitment files.
    • Monitor monthly targets and Month-to-Date (MTD) performance to ensure goal alignment and timely corrective action.

    HSSE & Regulatory Compliance

    • Ensure compliance with LN 100 and all applicable LPG industry regulations among distributors and POS.
    • Promote LPG Safety Best Practices within all channel members.
    • Champion the use of genuine LPG across the channel and key stakeholders in the territory, communicating risks created by illegal refilling activities.
    • Ensure all business activities are conducted in full compliance with the company’s Code of Ethics.

    Requirements

    • Experience in the FMCG sector is strongly preferred; LPG industry experience is an added advantage.

    Branch Manager

    PURPOSE: 

    Direct and coordinate all branch operations to increase sales, profitability, market share, as well as customer and employee satisfaction.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Direct all operational aspects of the branch, including customer service, human resource management, sales, workshop, and parts activities.
    • Assess local market conditions, identify current and prospective sales opportunities for new vehicles, service and parts and work with the respective teams to close the opportunities.
    • Work with the Sales Manager to prepare Branch New Vehicle Sales annual budgets.
    • Work with the GM Parts to identify potential Parts sub-dealers in the region, where Simba Corp does not have a presence.
    • With guidance from the General Managers at Head Office, enforce implementation of all functional policies and standard operating procedures at the branch.
    • Maintain communication between the branch and Head Office by preparing and submitting daily, weekly, and month-end reports (as required) regarding operations and productivity. E.g. 
    • Parts Reports: Sales, lost sales.
    • Service Reports: WIP status, job cards opened.
    • Sales Reports: sales activity, including pipeline and conversion ratio.
    • Oversee branch financial management, including WIP management, debt collection/management and payment of suppliers in line with agreed terms.
    • Certify all accounting documents, including LPOs, petty cash, daily banking, purchase, etc.
    • Ensure that all departments are properly staffed and directed.
    • Address employee and customer concerns promptly.
    • Ensure all branch staff are adequately monitored and appraised as well as input into appraisals of branch management staff.
    • In liaison with head office, interview potential staff members and ensure training of new hires.
    • Hold weekly branch management meetings to update on various activities.
    • Ensure branch departmental meetings are held weekly.
    • Manage the branch facilities by closely working with the facilities department to ensure periodic workstation maintenance routines are carried out. 
    • Oversee the security issues of the branch in accordance with the company’s security procedures.

    • To maintain and continuously update the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO9001:2015 requirements.

    LPG Territory Manager – C&I

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

     Territory Sales & Revenue Growth

    • Achieve and exceed territory sales targets within the C&I segments, in line with the company’s LPG Sales Policy. 
    • Drive volume growth and margin optimisation for LPG and related commercial solutions across the territory.

     Key Account Management

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all C&I-related matters within the assigned geographical territory, anticipating client needs and resolving concerns promptly.
    •  Manage and grow relationships with regional hotel chains, restaurant groups, catering companies, and other commercial and industrial clients.
    •  Conduct structured business reviews with key accounts to manage profitability and identify expansion opportunities.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and contract renewals.

    Business Development

    • Develop and manage an indicator portfolio (installers, architects, etc.) for Professional Bulk and Packed C&I markets to build a quality prospect pipeline.
    • Prospect, vet, and onboard new bulk and packed C&I accounts within the territory, ensuring compliance with applicable LPG sales policy and all legal and technical constraints.
    • Develop strategic partnerships with high-volume and multi-branch establishments.

    Requirements

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering), or a related field.
    • A minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in sales, commercial business development, or key account management, preferably within the B2B sector.
    • Proven experience managing key accounts or corporate accounts is a strong advantage.
    • Experience recruiting new clients and identifying new commercial projects.
    • Experience working with international or multinational companies is strongly preferred, as this is a senior role.
    • Mechanical Engineers with strong commercial acumen are expressly welcome to apply.
