- This is a fully remote 2nd line Support role in a small team supporting M-KOPA's 1000+ contact centre users on their VOIP, PBX and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Essential skills for the role should include, experience in a similar sized "high availability" call centre support environment. Windows and Linux server admin skills, IPSec, SQL and Azure skills are vital.

JOB PURPOSE
Support accurate processing of all fraud-raised inquiries and proper documentation of all fraud leads within stipulated service level agreement.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
- Respond to all fraud inquiries and leads provided within stipulated timelines.
- Monitor and Man, the fraud escalation queue on Freshdesk to ensure SLA adherence.
- Conduct due diligence, and process all fraud tickets from Freshdesk with complete accuracy.
- Document and track all fraud tickets on fraud SharePoint list correct data and maintain a high standard of data quality, controls, and comprehensiveness regarding all recorded data.
- Conduct recorded investigations over the phone by interrogating suspects and the claimant to determine the legitimacy of the fraud allegations.
- Send daily reports on daily ticket resolution and audit.
EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS & COMPETENCIES/ LICENCES & CERTIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION REQUIRED
- Certification in a fraud-related discipline, such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
- Two years’ work experience in a professional role.
- Knowledgeable in identifying indicators of fraud through data mining and analytical exercises.
- Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with and manage business expectations with key stakeholders.
- A positive, learning-oriented attitude and capacity for self-empowerment.

JOB PURPOSE
As the Junior Legal Counsel, you will be an integral part of our legal team, providing legal support and assistance in various areas of law to ensure M-KOPA's compliance with relevant regulations and protection of its interests. You will work closely with other members of the team and other departments to provide legal advice and contribute to the success of M-KOPA
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
- Contract Review and Drafting: Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts, agreements, and legal documents, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and the M-KOPA's policies.
- Legal Research: Conduct legal research on a wide range of topics, including statutes, regulations, case law, and industry best practices, to provide sound legal advice and analysis.
- Compliance: Assist in ensuring M-KOPA's compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including data privacy, employment, and industry-specific regulations. Preparing and conducting training will also be an integral part of this role.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and assess legal risks associated with business operations and provide recommendations for mitigating those risks.
- Corporate Governance: Support corporate governance matters, including the preparation of board resolutions, meeting minutes, compliance with corporate formalities, and maintaining company registers amongst others
- Dispute Resolution: Assist in managing and resolving legal disputes, including participating in negotiations, mediation, or litigation as required.
- Regulatory Compliance: Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to M-KOPA and communicate any potential impacts or compliance requirements.
- Legal Documentation: Maintain and organize legal documents, contracts, and records in an efficient and secure manner.
- Advisory Support: Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on various legal matters, offering practical solutions to complex issues.
- General Legal Tasks: Help in general legal tasks to meet the department's organization priorities like project management and operating tools.
