    We are seeking a skilled and professional Shampoo Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have modern salon operations and services knowledge and the ability to work with stylists and beauticians to meet our upmarket clientele’s needs.

    Key responsibilities

    • Shampoo the clients professionally.
    • Assist the stylists and beauticians in clients' preparations.
    • Arrange towels and backwash needs for clients usage.
    • Assist undoing of plaited/braided/Plaited clients.
    • Assist in finishing of braids.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Knowledge of salon services and protocols.
    • Ability to learn and grasp things.
    • Capacity to adapt to changing needs and schedule within the salon.
    • Ability to work effectively and courteously with both colleagues and client.

    • We are looking for a professional house keeper to join our salon team. The ideal candidate should Possess an ability to work in a busy high end salon and a high sense of cleanliness and tidiness.

    • Open the salon on time.

    PR & Communication Assistant

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented PR & Communications Assistant to support our growing communications efforts. This role is pivotal in enhancing our firm's reputation, increasing brand visibility, and engaging with our key audiences across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be a sharp writer, a social media native, and have a passion for storytelling. You will play a key role in executing our PR strategies, managing our online presence, and supporting internal communications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Public Relations & Media Relations:

    • Help build and maintain the company's media contact list, fostering relationships with journalists and influencers in the business and HR sectors in Kenya.

    • Content Creation & Social Media Management:

    • Support the creation of marketing collateral, including blog posts, newsletters, and case studies.
    • Brand Management & Internal Communications:
    • Help ensure all external communications align with the company's brand guidelines and voice.

    • Assist in maintaining the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date.
    • Administrative Support:
    • Maintain the PR & Communications calendar and activity tracker.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a PR, Communications, or similar role. Experience in a B2B, consulting, or professional services environment is a strong advantage.
