    Commis Chef

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prep Hero: Station stocking, chopping, butchering and sauce prep.
    • Service Sync: Cooking in coordination for simultaneous, high-quality output.
    • Safety Guardian: Daily HACCP compliance and strict sanitation control.
    • Kitchen Discipline: Inventory management, station cleanup and professional teamwork.

    Requirements

    • Fresh culinary graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
    • Added Advantage: 1 year of fine- dining chef experience.
    • Culinary school degree/diploma. Eager to learn and ready to put in the work.
    • Strong foundational culinary skills. Perfectionism in sanitation and quality control.
    • Expert multitasking ability.
    • Exemplary work ethic in a high-pressure environment.
    • Passion and pride for delighting people with food.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Valid Class A1, A2, A3 driving licence
    • Deliver food promptly, politely, and in good condition.
    • Maintain accuracy on all orders and promptly address any issues or delays.
    • Uphold the company's professionalism through safe driving, good judgment, and respectful customer interactions.
    • age 23-29.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Production: Mix, shape, and bake signature breads and pastries.
    • Quality: Oversee product finishing, glazing, and decorative details.
    • Leadership: Supervise the bakery team and ensure strict HACCP/safety compliance.
    • Operations: Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and workspace sanitation.

    Experience

    • 3+ years of experience + Baking/Pastry Certificate.

    Requirements

    • Strong knowledge of diverse pastry techniques.
    • A creative, team-oriented, and initiative-driven mindset.
