    Inventory Officer – Security & ICT Projects

    Key Responsibilities

    Inventory Management

    • Manage the complete inventory lifecycle, including receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, transfers, returns, and disposal of stock.
    • Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability for ongoing and upcoming projects.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records within the inventory management system and ensure data integrity at all times.
    • Prepare, issue, and maintain records of delivery notes, material issue vouchers, goods received notes, and inventory movement documentation.
    • Track all inventory movements and conduct regular stock reconciliations between physical inventory and system records.
    • Investigate stock variances and recommend corrective actions to minimize inventory losses.
    • Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.

    Project Support

    • Work closely with Procurement, Project Managers, and Technical Teams to ensure timely availability of equipment and materials.
    • Coordinate material allocations for project installations and monitor utilization throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Support material planning for upcoming projects to avoid stock shortages or delays.
    • Ensure project inventory is accurately tracked from issuance through project completion.

    Inventory Reporting & Analysis

    • Maintain accurate inventory valuation and cost records.
    • Monitor inventory transactions, including purchases, transfers, adjustments, and disposals.
    • Prepare regular inventory reports highlighting stock levels, slow-moving items, ageing inventory, stock variances, and consumption trends.
    • Analyze inventory data to identify opportunities for cost savings, improved stock control, and operational efficiencies.
    • Support Finance during monthly inventory reconciliations and financial reporting.

    Systems & Process Management

    • Utilize inventory management software to monitor stock movements and maintain accurate records.
    • Support automation and continuous improvement of inventory processes.
    • Ensure all inventory transactions are processed accurately and promptly.
    • Maintain proper documentation and filing for all inventory-related records.

    Compliance & Audit

    • Ensure compliance with company inventory policies, procurement procedures, and internal controls.
    • Support internal and external inventory audits by providing complete and accurate documentation.
    • Participate in routine stock counts, cycle counts, and annual inventory verification exercises.
    • Recommend improvements to inventory control procedures and warehouse operations.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Inventory Management, Stores Management, Warehouse Operations, or Stock Control within the Security Systems, ICT, Electronics, Engineering, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, or Construction sectors.
    • Experience managing technical inventory and project materials is highly desirable.
    • Strong understanding of inventory control principles, stock reconciliation, and inventory reporting.
    • Experience using ERP or inventory management systems such as Zoho Inventory, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar platforms.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

    Preferred Qualifications

    The following will be an added advantage:

    • CPA (Part II or above)
    • CPSP-K
    • Professional certification in Inventory or Warehouse Management
    • Experience supporting project-based inventory management.
    • Familiarity with Security Systems and ICT equipment, including:

    B2B Sales Executive – Security & ICT Solutions

    Key Responsibilities

    Business Development

    • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities across corporate, commercial, government, and institutional sectors.
    • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through networking, referrals, strategic partnerships, and proactive prospecting.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
    • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.
    • Generate new business while growing revenue from existing client accounts.

    Consultative Solution Selling

    • Understand client operational and security requirements and recommend appropriate Security and ICT solutions.
    • Conduct client meetings and site visits in collaboration with technical teams.
    • Prepare professional proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial offers.
    • Present integrated technology solutions that deliver measurable value to clients.
    • Work closely with Presales and Project teams to ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements.

    Client Relationship Management

    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
    • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle and post-project implementation.
    • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional technology solutions.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction that generate repeat business and referrals.

    Sales Performance & Reporting

    • Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business opportunities.
    • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and CRM records.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
    • Monitor key performance indicators and recommend strategies to improve sales performance.

    Market Intelligence

    • Stay informed on developments within the Security Systems and ICT industry.
    • Monitor competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and emerging technologies.
    • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B sales within the Security Systems, ICT, Telecommunications, Systems Integration, or Technology Solutions industry.
    • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Experience selling enterprise technology solutions to corporate and institutional clients.
    • Strong understanding of solution-based and consultative selling methodologies.
    • Experience preparing proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations.
    • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Valid driving licence is preferred.
    • Valid passport and willingness to travel when required is an added advantage.

    Assistant Project Coordinator – Security & ICT Projects

    Key Responsibilities

    Project Coordination

    • Support the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of Security and ICT projects.
    • Assist in developing project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate daily activities of field engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers.
    • Track project progress and follow up on outstanding activities to ensure deadlines are achieved.
    • Coordinate project kick-off meetings and site mobilization activities.

    Site Operations

    • Coordinate site surveys, installations, testing, commissioning, and project handovers.
    • Ensure technical teams have the required equipment, materials, documentation, and site access.
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues affecting project delivery.
    • Support quality inspections to ensure installations meet approved specifications and client expectations.

    Client & Stakeholder Coordination

    • Serve as the primary coordination point between clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
    • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and monitor action items to completion.
    • Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

    Documentation & Reporting

    • Maintain accurate project documentation, including work schedules, site reports, progress reports, variation requests, and completion records.
    • Prepare regular project status updates highlighting milestones, risks, challenges, and corrective actions.
    • Ensure all project documentation is complete, organized, and readily accessible.

    Logistics & Resource Management

    • Coordinate procurement requests and monitor delivery of equipment and materials to project sites.
    • Track project inventory and support reconciliation upon project completion.
    • Coordinate transport, accommodation (where applicable), permits, and site access for project teams.

    Quality, Safety & Compliance

    • Support implementation of quality assurance procedures throughout project execution.
    • Identify potential project risks, delays, and technical challenges and escalate appropriately.
    • Promote compliance with company Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) policies and client requirements.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in project coordination, project support, or technical operations within the Security Systems, ICT, ELV, Telecommunications, or Systems Integration industry.
    • Experience coordinating technical teams and multiple project activities simultaneously.
    • Good understanding of project coordination principles and project lifecycle management.
    • Experience preparing project documentation, schedules, reports, and progress updates.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
    • Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or the ability to interpret technical drawings is desirable.
    • Valid driving licence is an added advantage.

    Preferred Technical Exposure

    Candidates with experience supporting projects involving one or more of the following solutions will have a distinct advantage:
