    Branch Manager

    Role Overview:

    Mwananchi Credit is seeking a results-driven and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our branch. The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing team, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive business growth through excellent customer service and strategic sales initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise daily branch operations and ensure optimal performance across all teams.
    • Drive branch sales targets, expand the customer base, and identify local growth opportunities.
    • Enforce compliance with all internal policies, financial regulations, and industry standards.
    • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of service quality.
    • Monitor and analyze branch financial reports, budgets, and operational data to ensure profitability.
    • Provide leadership, training, and development to branch staff to foster a productive and accountable work environment.

    Must-Have Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience, preferably in a microfinance or financial institution.
    • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with strong decision-making and organizational skills.
    • Strong understanding of financial products and customer service best practices.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

    Call Centre Manager

    Job Purpose:

    The Call Center Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations by ensuring efficient customer service, staff performance and adherence to financial objectives of the organization.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To The Following:

    • Manage the day to day running of the Call Center
    • Planning and implementing call center strategies to effectively and efficiently address customer enquiries and complaints.
    • Setting call center agents target, monitoring performance, appraising them and providing timely feedback.
    • Organizing staffing, including shift patterns and the number of staff required to meet set targets
    • Driving end to end customer feedback management strategies, measuring customer satisfaction as well as complaints Management
    • Participate in hiring and training of call center agents so as to ensure business continuity.

    • Performing any other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time

    Qualification, Knowledge and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in a business-related field from an accredited University/College required.
    • At least 3-5years’ experience in a busy call center environment at Supervisory level

    Marketing Manager

    Role Overview

    As a Marketing Manager you are responsible for designing and implementing sales and marketing strategies for sales growth and market expansion. In this position, you have a strategic leading role in both sales and marketing efforts toward business growth through winning new clients and retaining old ones. This includes management responsibilities for the sales staff, supervision of marketing campaigns, and coordination of sales and marketing with the objectives of the company.

    Responsibilities

    Enhance Revenue Growth

    Reporting and Analytics

    • Tracking, analysis, and reporting of sales and marketing metrics are shown to gain insight from strategic decisions.
