    Key Account Manager

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Revenue Growth & Strategic Account Management
    • Own revenue performance across assigned key accounts, driving sustained growth and retention
    • Identify and convert cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities within strategic accounts
    • Lead commercial discussions for new services, product adoption, and account expansion initiatives
    • Align internal sales, product, and marketing efforts to support client growth strategies
    • Develop and execute structured account plans with defined objectives, milestones, and growth pathways
    • Use client performance data, industry trends, and competitive insights to shape account strategies
    • Lead periodic strategic business reviews to evaluate account health, performance, and future opportunities
    • Proactively identify commercial risks and implement mitigation plans to protect revenue and relationships
    • Client Relationship Management
    • Serve as the senior relationship owner for key merchants, maintaining executive-level engagement
    • Develop a deep understanding of merchant business goals and translate them into tailored, value-driven solutions.
    • Act as the voice of the client internally, aligning teams to deliver on commitments and expectations
    • Build long-term trusted advisor relationships that drive loyalty and partnership depth
    • Lead issue resolution and escalations with accountability and a solutions-focused approach
    • Monitor product adoption and usage trends to identify optimization and growth opportunities.
    • Reporting & Performance Leadership
    • Provide structured performance insights and account analytics to inform strategic decisions
    • Communicate account progress, risks, and opportunities to internal stakeholders
    • Use data-driven analysis to refine account strategies and drive performance outcomes
    • Translate client feedback into actionable insights that improve service delivery and product relevance.

    Education/Experience Needed:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
    • 5+ years' experience in Account Management, Relationship Management, or B2B Sales
    • Experience managing strategic or enterprise-level clients
    • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of revenue growth strategies
    • Experience in fintech, payments, or technology solutions is an advantage

    Business Development Manager- Oracle Hospitality

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Enterprise Sales & Opportunity Development
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities for Oracle Hospitality software solutions
    • Engage enterprise and mid-sized Hospitality businesses to understand operational and system challenges
    • Map client business needs to appropriate Oracle Hospitality products and services
    • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
    • Solution Selling & Stakeholder Engagement
    • Lead consultative sales conversations with IT, Finance, Operations, and executive stakeholders
    • Work with technical and pre-sales teams to design and present solution proposals
    • Support product demonstrations, technical discussions, and solution positioning
    • Develop proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and manage complex deal cycles
    • Submit weekly and monthly performance and pipeline reports

    Education/Experience Needed:

    • BSc/BA in Sales, Business Administration or relevant fields.
    • Minimum 3 year's experience in enterprise software sales, technology sales, or solution selling
    • Experience selling ERP, database, cloud, or enterprise systems (Oracle experience preferred)
    • Strong understanding of business systems, digital transformation, and enterprise IT environments
    • Experience working with technical teams in pre-sales engagements
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting

    HR Business Partner(HRBP)

    KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

    • Strategic HR Business Partnering  
    • Act as the primary HR point of contact for the assigned department, providing trusted advisory support to leadership. 
    • Partner with departmental leaders to translate business strategy into people, workforce, and capability plans. 
    • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives for the department. 
    • Provide data-driven insights on people trends, risks, and opportunities to inform decision-making. 
    • Operational HR Support 
    • Deliver end-to-end HR operational support including employee lifecycle management, performance processes, and exits. 
    • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices within the department. 
    • Manage day-to-day employee relations matters, providing fair, timely, and compliant resolution. 
    • Support managers with disciplinary, grievance, and performance improvement processes. 
    • Performance & Talent Management 
    • Drive the execution of performance management cycles within the department, ensuring clarity of goals, feedback, and accountability. 
    • Coach managers on effective people management, employee engagement, and performance conversations. 
    • Support talent reviews, development planning, and succession pipelines. 
    • Partner with Managers to support recruitment aligned to departmental workforce plans. 
    • Culture, Engagement & Change  
    • Champion Pesapal’s values and culture within the supported department. 
    • Support the implementation of engagement initiatives and action plans to improve employee experience. 
    • Support organizational change initiatives and transformation programs. 
    • Enable change management initiatives related to growth, restructuring, or transformation. 
    • HR Compliance 
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements. 
    • Oversee employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant resolution  
    • Support HR reporting, people analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives. 
    • Partner with HR colleagues to deliver consistent and efficient HR services. 

    Qualifications 

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. 
    • Professional HR certification (CHRPK, CIPD, or equivalent) is an added advantage. 
    • 5+ years’ experience in a HR generalist role, providing full-spectrum HR support to a business unit. 
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices within a regulated environment is an advantage.
