    Marketing Manager (Real Estate)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan the annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly promotion plans and programs for the department.
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business goals and grow market share.
    • Handle docking and communication with promotion and activity cooperation units.
    • Design and release promotional online and offline videos, websites, graphics, and copywriting.
    • Review and accept cooperation units’ promotion efforts, including data collection and analysis.
    • Coordinate communication between promotional and activity cooperation units, supervise the implementation of related plans, and oversee the acceptance of results.
    • Complete other assignments from superiors.
    • Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities and use insights for marketing decisions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on real estate or related industries.
    • Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
    • Strong knowledge of the current real estate market trends and consumer behavior.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, CRM systems).
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

    Channel Supervisor

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and establish new sales channels and platforms to enhance market reach and sales performance.
    • Manage relationships with current sales agents and platforms, evaluate their performance, and provide feedback to improve effectiveness.
    • Ensure smooth and efficient communication with various sales channels and agents to meet business and promotional objectives.
    • Collaborate with the investment promotion and sales lawyer teams, track sales progress, and ensure timely processing of property rights.
    • Oversee the management of all business department contracts, including agency agreements, channel platform cooperation contracts, and legal contracts related to the lawyer team.
    • Regularly follow up on the sales progress, ensuring targets are met and any issues are promptly addressed.
    • Provide regular reports on channel performance and sales progress, and offer insights and recommendations for improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Law, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in real estate or legal studies are a plus.
    • Must have at least five years of experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record in sales channel management.
    • Strong legal experience and knowledge related to real estate, including contract management and compliance.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with sales agents, legal teams, and other stakeholders.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate channel performance and provide actionable feedback.
    • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and departments to achieve common goals.
    • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities and solving problems.

    Customer Service Representative

    Key Responsibilities

    • Responsible for the coordination of various business management, timely feedback of equipment and facilities.
    • Handling customer complaints and negotiating the handling of emergencies.
    • Responsible for reviewing old and new customers and issuing old and new incentives.
    • Responsible for the docking work with the Marketing Department in the affairs of white label serviced apartments.
    • Responsible for commission accounting and the approval process.
    • Responsible for old customer membership management, old customer maintenance and old customer return visit.
    • Sorting out customer information, preparing and implementing the delivery process and procedures.
    • Investigating customer satisfaction with sales and customer service.

    Qualifications

    • Must have a relevant Bachelor’s degree.

    Sales and Leasing Manager (Real Estate)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct market research to gather data on market conditions, competitive real estate, target customers, and supply and demand.
    • Manage and optimize the sales process by standardizing procedures and addressing non-compliance to improve the customer experience.
    • Analyze customer information to understand housing demands and project awareness and use these insights to inform marketing activities.
    • Prepare sales targets and plans for different timeframes and compile reports on sales activities.
    • Manage sales materials and oversee gift distribution and inventory.
    • Supervise customer information to ensure accuracy and compliance and manage the archiving of sales contracts and important documents.
    • Address and resolve customer and market complaints and oversee the implementation of solutions.

    • In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends and legal regulations.
    • Proficiency in property management software and CRM systems.

    Human Resource Manager (Real Estate)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection. Coordinate with recruitment agencies and ensure budget alignment.
    • Resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances fairly and promptly. Foster a positive, inclusive work culture through effective communication.
    • Manage performance processes, including goal setting, evaluations, feedback, and coaching. Align practices with organizational goals.
    • Stay updated on employment laws, ensure company compliance, communicate HR policies, and support recruitment audits.
    • Maintain accurate HR records, generate reports for analysis, and provide regular metrics and insights to senior management.
    • Promote and coordinate workplace safety and wellness initiatives, addressing health and safety concerns.
    • Oversee new hire on-boarding, manage off-boarding, including exit procedures and staff transfers, and keep the employee handbook updated.
    • Identify training needs and collaborate with departments and line managers alike to ensure that on-going training initiatives are being done.
    • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and tactics that meet company needs & align with company Strategies and objectives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology, MSc degree in HR or relevant certification is a plus
    • Experience in a Multinational or Exposure to global/international organizations .
    • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems).
    • Experience in developing HR strategies and implementing employee relations activities
    • Membership of the Institute of Human Resource Management in good standing.
    • An effective communicator and interpersonal skills.
    • Confidentiality and sensitive information handling skills
