    Sales Executive - B2B Category

    Key Responsibilities

    • Open new markets and relationships, and expand regional coverage.
    • Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy. Research, prioritise, and execute target list.
    • Benchmark and propose pricing changes, including special promotional offers.
    • Analyse sales data and develop actionable insights.
    • Manage existing customer relationships, satisfaction levels, and ensure continued business volume.
    • Develop market insights and incorporate them into sales strategy. Map route to market.
    • Involvement and leadership of departmental projects from time to time.

    Skills & Experience

    • A track record of high-performance in a B2B sales.
    • Account management experience, including order cycle management.
    • A good understanding of data, including analysis and developing actionable insights.
    • Experience in market research and integrating this into a sales approach.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to coordinate across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
    • Candidates with an existing B2B network in Kenya will have an advantage.
    • FMCG, or other mass-market consumer knowledge and experience.

    Exports Sales Executive

    • Coordinate with Manager to determine an efficient business plan to achieve all annual sales goals.
    • Prepare plans to ensure compliance to all sales targets.
    • Administer all sales processes to ensure adherence to all sales results.
    • Assist and provide training to all external customers for efficient usage of all product applications.
    • Ensure optimal level of all sales services to customers and distributors.
    • Prepare all reports for new markets and analyze all competitor activities and submit same to manager.
    • Analyze all market coverage and plan all required resources for same and ensure compliance to all timeframe.
    • Evaluate all customer issues and provide optimal solutions to all resolve same.
    • Manage all export sales and ensure compliance to all procedures of organization.
    • Think strategy to expand export sales and monitoring each country sales, including sales activities, marketing promotion (online/offline)
    • Travel to overseas to build relationship with distributor, market survey, check on distributor's performance
    • Cooperate with other department to make sure the goods are follow the regulations
    • Cooperate with other department to make sure the goods are shipped out in a good conditions without any delay and causing trouble to customer

    Receptionist

    Responsibility

    • Provide Facilities team members support regularly
    • Ad-hoc tasks for the senior executives including diary management, reporting and expense management
    • Organizing internal events, mail, office supplies, filing and copying
    • Deal with incoming calls via the switchboard in a timely and courteous manner
    • Take and deliver accurate messages, screen calls and transfer to appropriate person
    • Meet and greet visitors to the office and offer refreshments
    • Log visitors in the guest book
    • Book and manage the availability of meeting rooms
    • Monitor the access of all PB staff, contractors and visitors to the building and escalate any
    • suspicious circumstances to the Facilities & Security Coordinator (or the FM manager)
    • Strong and reliable attendance and punctuality records

    Qualifications,

    • Associates in a university degree preferred or proportionate experience
    • 2 to 3 years of receptionist experience in recognized organizations.
    • Effective written and spoken communication skills in Swahili and English
    • Proactive, innovative and energetic self-starter
    • Must be self-managed and confident
