    Sales & Marketing Executive

    We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive sales growth and enhance our market presence.

    Qualifications:

    • Working experience 3-5 years relevant experience in sales and marketing preferably in the healthcare sector and, or in an insurance company.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a healthcare setting.

    Resposibilities:

    • Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition: Develop strategies and actively attract and acquire new clients, including healthcare providers and patients, through targeted marketing and relationship-building efforts.
    • Brand Promotion and Awareness: Create and execute marketing campaigns to enhance the company's visibility, communicate its value proposition, and position the brand effectively in the market.
    • Sales Support and Strategy: Support the sales process by generating leads, managing client interactions, and providing insights and analysis to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Brand Strategy: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
    • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the Graphic Design, social media, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality content and campaigns. •Creative Direction: Oversee the creation of visual assets, including graphics, social media content, and marketing materials.
    • Digital Marketing: Drive SEO, SEM, and paid media campaigns to increase online visibility and patient acquisition.
    • Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to engage patients, increase awareness, and promote services. Content Development: Create and manage educational and promotional content that resonates with our target audience.
    • Campaigns: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote our online services, special offers, and patient success stories.
    • Analytics: Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 4+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or media relations, with 2+ yearsina leadership role.
    • Proven expertise in digital marketing graphic design, and social media management.
    • Experience in healthcare marketing or telemedicine is preferred. •Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, social media insights).
    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools (e.g., Canva. Figma).
    • Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
