    Channel Sales Manager - Export & B2C Role

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute an export sales strategy. Ownership for sales and volume growth in the segment.
    • Open new markets and relationships, and expand regional coverage.
    • Develop and execute a B2C sales strategy. Research, priorities, and execute target list.
    • Manage the export process, including invoicing, documentation, and export loading & customs.
    • Benchmark and propose pricing changes, including special promotional offers.
    • Analyse channel sales data and develop actionable insights.
    • Manage existing customer relationships, satisfaction levels, and ensure continued business volume.
    • Develop market insights and incorporate them into sales strategy. Map route to market.
    • Involvement and leadership of departmental projects from time to time.

    Skills & Experience

    • A track record of high-performance in a related role.
    • Account management experience, including order cycle management.
    • A good understanding of data, including analysis and developing actionable insights.
    • Experience in market research and integrating this into a sales approach.
    • Export Management Experience, Ideally Including Documentation Requirements.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to coordinate across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
    • Candidates with an existing B2C network in Kenya will have an advantage.
    • Financial experience is an advantage, but not necessary.
    • FMCG, Or Other Mass-market Consumer Knowledge And Experience.

    Channel Sales Manager - Retail & Key Accounts

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build and manage relationships between our client and key and other retail partners
    • Execute our retail channel strategy aligns companys overall sales and marketing objectives
    • Implement our JBP, by managing incentives and ensuring we meet sales targets
    • Managing inventory levels, dead stocks to be identified and replaced with fast moving products and new listings SOS, share of shelf management - aim to harmonize the standard displays across all key accounts.
    • Analyze sales data identify trends and opportunities improvement
    • Training and supporting our merchandising team.
    • Developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts customers- serving as main point of contact for their needs and satisfaction
    • Identify and develop new channel customers or distributors to expand sales Not only meeting sales target and revenue growth, but exceeding
    • Working closely with key accounts and internal teams to develop strategic plans for growth and market penetration
    • Analyze and see market trends well in advance.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned key accounts
    • Training and support to channel customers on product knowledge, sales modes,
    • Promotions -Work on sales offers and prepare report after the offer
    • Contact negotiation ensure favorable terms and conditions win / win principle

    • Demonstrated capacity to work independently, and execute change.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swahili, allowing you to coordinate across multiple departments and stakeholders.

    Head of Operations & Customer Fulfilment Role

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the management of customer orders, including ensuring service levels, delivery timelines, and exception management. Define target service levels and manage the delivery of Company promises.
    • Oversee product packaging. Together with sales & production, suggest SKU optimization.
    • Plan manpower to fulfil picking lists for dispatch within agreed timelines.
    • Oversee the logistics & delivery function. Manage delivery timelines and service levels.
    • Together with the Logistics Manager, oversee fleet management
    • Oversee the finished goods store function, and optimise warehouse management. Manage Company's overall warehousing & fulfilment strategy, including opening new locations and routes.
    • In this role you will be expected to identify and implement continuous improvements, both to processes and the organization, including joining special project teams from time to time.
    • As a member of the senior leadership team, set the overall tone for culture and performance in the company. Involvement and leadership of cross-functional projects.

    Skills & Experience

    • A track record of high-performance in a related role.
    • 10+ years of experience managing an integrated customer service & execution function.
    • Experience designing, implementing, and managing a fulfilment strategy, including delivery against clearly defined service levels.
    • Comfortable analysing data sets and inferring meaningful information
    • A growth mindset we wont be immediate experts in everything we set out to do, but thats ok, as long as were learning and making progress while managing our risk.
    • You are a change agent, constantly pushing for better ways of doing things.
