    Technical Sales Engineer

    This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a real passion in the Tech sector but also really thrives on long lasting building relationships with clients. Technical sales engineers are often the key point of contact for clients, answering queries, providing technical advice and introducing new products.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identifying and establishing new business.
    • Organising sales visits.
    • Liaising with existing clients.
    • Preparing tenders, proposals and quotations.
    • Providing pre-sales and post-sales support.
    • Negotiating contracts & Terms and Conditions.
    • Reviewing cost and sales performance.
    • Writing reports and sales literature.
    • Providing product education and advice.
    • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
    • Ensuring that sales targets are met.

    Qualifications:

    • At least 5 years experience in a similar position.
    • Proven track record in successfully delivering sales targets.
    Higher Diploma or degree in any of the following and related courses: Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering.

    Client Relationship Manager - Mombasa

    The preferred candidate MUST have prior work experience in client relationship management and provide the platform and guidance to the client relationship team to achieve the highest possible service to the customers.

    Key Responsibilities;

    • Manage the day to day functions of the Client Relationship Officers & Assistant Client Relationship Officers.
    • Manage the client distribution.
    • Develop strong internal policies and procedure between the client relationship and operations departments.
    • Driving creative problem solving initiatives throughout all the client relationship functions.
    • Harmonize & Implement the company’s systems solutions to drive efficiency into the CR functions.
    • Liaise with the Operations Manager to co-ordinate and streamline all operations.
    • Monitor and keep data of all costs/incidentals pertaining to clearance/movements.
    • Ensure that quality feedback is always provided in a timely manner to ALL clients.

    Qualifications;

    Must have a Bachelors degree in Operations or Supply Chain management or related field.
    Must have above 7 years experience working in the customs clearing and freight forwarding industry.
    Must have proven managerial skills.
    Must have prior experience in operational customer relations.
    • Proficiency in computer packages.
    Must have an analytical mindset and able to cope with pressure and deadlines.
    • Excellent written and spoken English.
    • Must be willing to work in Mombasa.

    General Director

    The General Manager is to lead, manage and operate the operations. The company currently has an office in Mombasa, and is planning to expand to Nairobi. She/he should be prepared to head both offices.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Implement the strategy plan approved by the board.
    • Explore & develop new business opportunities & partnerships in close collaboration with the Board.
    • Manage day-to-day operations of all team members and deliver reviews.
    • Lead and schedule weekly monthly team meetings.
    • Manage strategy lifecycle: conceive means & collaterals design & work with cross-functional teams.
    • Be responsible for accounting and financial reporting and control.
    • Design and manage focused field-based research, trials and pilot projects.
    • Make sure all operations are carried out in accordance with national laws, rules and regulations.
    • Ensure operations are carried out in accordance with international stds of good business practice.
    • Report weekly to the international owners.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or above in relevant field.
    • Minimum 4 years’ experience in management and leadership.
    • Proven results and experience in financial management.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
    • Ability to work independently and reach targets.
    • Hardworking, persistent, flexible, and dependable
    • English and Swahili fluency.
