    Social Media Marketer

    Responsibilities for the Social Media Marketer Job

    • Manage social media marketing campaigns on a daily basis
    • Formulate a comprehensive market analysis to ascertain trends, current/future opportunities.
    • Create and execute a social media strategy based on the selected platform, competitor analysis, and target audience.
    • Design and publish daily content (original information) that connects and involves the community.
    • Increase the visibility of the company’s product through physical event planning and alternative channels.
    • Moderate usergenerated content in line with the company policies.
    • Capture and analyze metrics, insights and best practices and recommend actions.
    • Collaborate with other departments to identify top community issue, key players, and appropriate actions.
    • Protect the company reputation.

    Qualifications for the Social Media Marketer Job

    • Expert in Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant social media.
    • BS or equivalent experience in Communications, Marketing, Business, News Media or Public Relations
    • Demonstrable social networking experience and use of social analytics tools
    • Knowledge of digital marketing, analytics and good understanding of major marketing channels
    • Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills in English and relevant local language(s)
    • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking ability.
    • A team player, who can work with the Country Manager and other department chairs to formulate a cohesive strategy and implementation plan
    • The ideal candidate is one who touches the lives of the unbanked and underbanked on a daily basis.
