    Key Account Manager - East Africa

    The successful candidate must have a proven track record in supply chain strategy, relationship development and a commercial background with an understanding of world commodity and financial markets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create and develop regional client relationships.
    • Provide technical, market and strategy support to regional clients.
    • Create and introduce innovative market solutions for established and new product portfolios.
    • Engage with East African legislative and policy bodies.
    • Develop supply chain strategies and manage existing delivery agreements.

    Qualifications:

    Must have a Bachelors’ Degree in a related field.
    Must have above 4 years’ commercial experience.
    Must have knowledge on supply chain management.
    • Successful key account management.
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
    • Attention to detail and results oriented.
    Must be a strong team player.
    • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
    • Excellent written and spoken English.

    Financial Consultant

    The ideal candidate must have experience in Group Accounting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist and advice customers with implementation of our Group accounting package
    • Assist and advise our customers in group accounting and reporting issues.
    • Assist in the sales process
    • Liaise with the major clients locally and from Europe

    Qualifications:

    Accounts Assistant

    The ideal candidate must be Guajarati, Hindu or Punjabi speaking.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Liaise with and work under the instructions of the partners and accountant
    • Processing Invoices, payments, requests for payment as per company procedure
    • Handling and writing cheques
    • Managing and posting petty cash transactions
    • Carry out posting to and reconciliation of all office and client accounts
    • Verification of ledgers and accounts for errors and making corrections as per the system
    • Maintenance of General Ledger
    • Maintenance of Spreadsheets
    • Preparation of Journal Entries
    • Dealing with customer queries and issues
    • Handling VAT and Statutory deduction returns etc
    • Provision of financial information for audit purposes when needed
    • Preparation of accounts to Trial Balance stage
    • Any other accounting duties that may arise on a daily basis
    Must be able to use QuickBooks

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum Five years’ work experience in Accounting or Finance
    • Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or equivalent
    • CPA (K) or ACCA
    • Advanced proficiency in accounting software tools, i.e. QuickBooks and spreadsheets
    • Ability to understand and apply current accounting guidelines, system and policy updates
    • Ability and drive to work independently, solution oriented

    Relocation Delivery Manager

    The successful candidate must have had prior experience handling relocation moves for corporate and individual clients from inquiry to closure.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee day to day delivery of Relocation Services.
    • Ensure that client’s Key Performance Indicators ‘KPIs’ are met.
    • Ensure global consistency and compliance in delivery of services.
    • Responsible for the implementation and ongoing improvement/updates of relocation process.
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and implement improvement plans as required.
    • Manage/delegate the work of the team members who are on leave.
    • Hold weekly update meetings.
    • Advise management of recommended changes to improve the services and efficiency of the team.
    • Prepare monthly Relocation Service report to Management.
    • Ensure profitability of Relocation division whilst providing exceptional client service.
    • Work with regional and global teams on key initiatives/projects and implement accordingly.
    • Support Director Relocation Services Africa with regional/global strategy.

    Qualifications:

    Must have a Bachelors Degree in the related field.
    Must have above 4 years’ experience as a Relocations Services Consultant.
    Must have strong knowledge on Kenya and Nairobi markets.
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
    • Attention to detail and results oriented.
    Must be a strong team player.
    • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
    • Excellent written and spoken English.
