    Assistant Branch Manager

    Assistant Branch Manager Job Responsibilities

    • Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers.
    • Organizes sales promotions and ensures proper merchandising.
    • Closely monitor and supervise store operations and stock levels.
    • Achieves set financial objectives and takes part in preparing monthly reports and annual budget.
    • Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
    • Provides feedback to the Branch Manager on the store’s performance.
    • Prepare daily sales reports and presents them to the Branch Manager
    • Assist in maintaining a clean well-merchandised store, following visual presentation plans and standards
    • Assist in managing procurement and inventory at a store level and ensuring accurate paperwork
    • Ensure points of sale machines are working and maintained,
    • Promotes and practices safe work habits, identifying and resolving potential safety hazards, operational inconsistencies and any team member or customer incidents
    • Maintain hygiene in all areas of store operation to maintain health and safety standards
    • Maintain and keep optimum levels of operating equipment.
    • Market and display all products as per standards to maximize sales and customer experience.

    Qualifications for the Assistant Branch Manager Job

    • Degree in Hospitality Management
    • Any other Hospitality qualification will be an added advantage
    • Minimum 2 years experience
    • Subject to an Aptitude test (Mathematics & English)
    • Aged 25 years and above

    Branch Manager Job Responsibilities

    • Ensure deliver of high quality brand products according to standards and ensure customer expectations are met
    • Manage staff grooming and consistency of staff uniform presentation, plan for training and staff development on people management skills
    • Deploy staff effectively for optimal service levels.

    • Conduct prospects for new clients to identify and develop new accounts.
    • To prepare sales proposals for prospective clients
    • Development and execution of Sales and Distribution strategies
    • Increase sales, drive volumes and supervise the sales process by following up on orders, deliveries and collections.

    PR- Social Media Executive

    Responsibilities for the PR- Social Media Executive Job

    • Curate relevant content to reach the company’s ideal customers
    • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video and written)
    • Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales
    • Conduct online advocacy and open stream for cross promotions
    • Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts
    • Oversee design (ie: Facebook Timeline cover, profile pic, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog)
    • Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns
    • Compile report for management showing results (ROI)

    • Working knowledge of principles of SEO
    • Have experience in sourcing and managing content development and publishing
    • Possesses functional knowledge and/or personal experience with WordPress
