    School Administrative Assistant

    Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant Job

    • Guides and assists customers, guests, visitors, parents, students, and staff with their questions and/or needs is a timely, cooperative, caring and safe environment
    • Timely email communication to parents, service providers
    • Regularly updating the School Website &social media Pages
    • Ensure Service contracts are up-to-date (Catering, transport)

    Customer Service Officer

    Customer Service Job Responsibilities

    Parents

    • Advise the parents on the financial policy of the school
    • Send out invoices to all the parents on time as per school policy
    • Ensure 100% collection of fees by the stipulated dates
    • Ensure timely receipting of all fees collected

    Suppliers

    • Advise all suppliers on the financial policy of the school
    • Liase with accounts on preparation of all budgets (weekly, monthly, termly & yearly)
    • Timely payment of all school bills as per the financial policies in place

    Banking Activities

    • Processing bank transfers (Mpesa)
    • Cash withdrawals
    • Timely processing of bank statements
    • Any other duty as may be assigned by the management.

    Requirements for the Customer Service Job

    • Diploma in customer service or related field
    • Accounting training will be an added advantage
    • At least two year’s experience in a client facing environment
    • Good interpersonal skills
