Overall Responsibility: Support Senior Assistant Manager-Human Resources to deliver the whole spectrum of training and development, performance measurement and review and human resource customer care management to Outreach Health Centers to deliver quality health care.
Qualifications / Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management.
• Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management /Organizational Development or Diploma in • Industrial Relations.
• Over six years relevant work experience in similar position and organization.
• Member of a recognized HR professional body
• Strategic leadership and management skills
• Complex problem solving and judgement and decision making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office packages.
Applications are invited from medical graduates who have successfully completed their M.B.Ch,B (or equivalent) undergraduate degree and have been recommended to do their rotational internship.
Successful candidates are expected to commence their internship from June 2017, for a period of one year.
