    Junior Storekeeper

    Junior Storekeeper Job Responsibilities:

    • Restocking the day store
    • Recording site attendance
    • Tracking the stock and usage of critical items
    • Signing out items off the store
    • Gathering together and tracking safety observations
    • Dispatching goods from the stores via the system.
    • Managing, controlling and supervising casual staff.
    • Ensuring the store is kept clean and the stock items are well arranged and easily accessible.
    • Maintaining proper store records and ensuring store procedures are adhered to.
    • Observing minimum order reorder levels.
    • Maintaining proper communication channels with the management, supervisors and casual staff.
    • Reserving purchases against the orders and inform the supervisors and management upon receipt of any item in the stores.
    • Perform stock takes and maintain transparency in the stores dealings.

    Qualifications for the Junior Storekeeper Job:

    • Fresh graduate with first or second-class upper division.
    • Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field.

    Creative Designer - Fast Food

    Roles for the Creative Designer Job:

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visually compelling advertisement campaigns, presentations, and collateral materials to help generate increased business.
    • Identify suitable social media ‘background’ stories for company’s brands
    • Design advertising layouts, which include but are not limited to print ads, social media content, marketing and advertising collateral, online ads and banners, point of sale, and signage materials.

    Fundraising and Investment Manager

    The successful candidate will work with the company’s co-founders and will be responsible for ensuring the processes are successful. He/She will research on their expansion plans, build their financial model and investor pack, target investors and support the Director in the fundraising and negotiation process as well as manage the entire investment process, including due diligence, working with early investors, and legals.

    Construction Site Supervisor Job Responsibilities

    • Meet operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying construction management system improvements
    • Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions
    • Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope; calculating resources required; establishing standards and protocols; allocating resources; scheduling and coordinating staff and sub-contractors; evaluating milestone assumptions and conclusions; resolving design problems; evaluating and implementing change orders.

    • Bsc Civil / Structural Engineering
    • Minimum 3yrs experience in a site supervisory position
    • A thorough technical understanding of building construction methods
    • MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel and Power-point) with excellent command of oral and written English and Kiswahili
    • Possess business etiquette with a strong work ethic, high level of honesty/integrity, results oriented, ability to deliver under pressure
