    Direct Sales Agents

    In order to strengthen our sales team and in line with the Business Strategy, we are looking for qualified and trainable candidates to fill the position of Direct Sales Agent (s) at our various Branches both within Nairobi and outside Nairobi.

    Reporting to the Relationship Officer. The position holder’s key role is acquisition of new business at the same time ensuring quality customer service.

    Direct Sales Agents Job Responsibilities

    • Deliver set Sales Targets in Loan disbursements and Quality Loan Book.
    • Provide Excellent Customer service at all times.
    • Actively participate in marketing campaigns to ensure clients are well informed of the product portfolio.
    • Seek customer feedback on products and services offered by the organization.
    • Provide daily Sales Reports.

    Qualifications for the Direct Sales Agents Job

    • Minimum of a Diploma preferably in Sales & Marketing. A Degree is an added advantage.
    • Previous experience in direct sales within banking, MFI, Insurance and related industries will be a definite advantage.
    • Certificate of Good Conduct
    • Computer literate and proficient

    (Group Lending) Wealth Creation Officers

    Role summary

    We are looking for suitable and qualified individuals to fill the positions of Wealth Creation Officers (Group Lending) in our various branches. The officers will be reporting to the Branch Manager.

    Wealth Creation Officers Job Responsibilities

    • Consistently grow the company’s product portfolio by marketing to individuals and groups.
    • Develop plans for growth of the product and identify suitable clients.
    • Conduct client education on the new products features and requirements
    • Conduct loan appraisals and make recommendations to the branch credit committee
    • Visit client business premises from time to time during loan assessment and monitoring to ensure the quality of the loan is maintained at the expected level
    • Participate in the setting of personal product targets and work toward meeting the same

    Qualifications for the Wealth Creation Officers Job

    • Diploma in business related discipline from a recognized college.
    • A business related degree will be an added advantage
    • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Group Lending from Microfinance Bank.

    • Ability  to work with numbers, conduct analysis of information
    • Ability and willingness to follow up clients personally and with a keen eye on both financial data
    • Ability to make sound judgment and quick right decisions

    (Individual Lending) Wealth Creation Officers

    Role summary

    In response to customer demands and in line with our growth, we are looking for suitable and qualified individuals to fill the positions of Wealth Creation Officers (Individual Lending) in our various branches. The position will directly report to the Branch Manager.

    Wealth Creation Officers Job Responsibilities

    • Develop new business opportunities by proactively marketing for individual loan products to suitable potential clients.
    • Interview, visit, analyze and evaluate borrowers and potential borrowers with emphasis on risks and particular focus on credit risk.
    • Prepare and make appropriate credit recommendations to the branch credit committee
    • Work closely with the entire branch staff to maintain a high degree of customer service levels and focus
    • Proactive loan portfolio monitoring and management
    • Preparation of performance reports, work plans and activity reports
    • Participate in setting up personal productivity targets and work towards achieving them

    Qualifications for the Wealth Creation Officers Job

    • A College Diploma or University Degree preferably in business related discipline from a recognized institution.
    • At least 2 years demonstrable experience in Individual Lending from a Commercial Bank
    • Computer literate and proficient

    Desired competencies and personal attributes: 

    • Ability  to work with numbers, conduct analysis of accounting information
    • Ability and willingness to follow up clients personally and with a keen eye on financial data
    • Ability to make sound judgment and quick right decisions
    • Ability to build trust, value others, communicate effectively and drive execution
    • Strong interpersonal skills, initiative, tact and maturity

    Internship Responsibilities

    The Intern should expect these areas to cover

    • research,
    • process improvement,
    • data analysis,
    • proposal writing,
    • fundraising and problem solving.

    Method of Application

    A competitive commission package will be paid to the successful candidates subject to their individual performance. This is a one year fixed term contract.

    At the end of the contract period and subject to individual’s performance and personal initiative to learn, Musoni might absorb the recommended candidates to other roles.
