    Facilities Officer

    JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT

    To manage the maintenance and upkeep of banks’ premises across it network by ensuring SLAs, budget and quality standards are met in accordance to the banks procedures and policies.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Oversees and coordinates all CBA property and building maintenance, ensuring that maintenance requirements and requests are completed in a timely manner and manage the payments process 40%
    • Working with stakeholders to assist with any maintenance matters and space planning requirements. 10%
    • Preparation of scope of major repair works (BOQs, tendering, evaluation and making recommendations) 15%
    • Management of Maintenance & Repair costs and provision of Reports–15%
    • Consistency in adherence to and application of established policies, processes and tools to achieve optimal efficiency, compliance and cost containment for all Building & Equipment maintenance activities. 10%

    Manager, Business Intelligence

    JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT

    The Manager, Business Intelligence will be responsible for CBA’s BI Platforms. This role will focus on managing the analysis, design and development of the bank’s BI Platforms. The role
    manages the Business Intelligence team to deliver business strategy through the BI systems.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Systems Analysis, Design and Development on CBA BI Platforms: Responsible for managing the Analysis, Design and Development process of CBA BI platforms in accordance with Business Requirements (30%)
    • Provide 2nd Level MIS and Ad Hoc Analytics support: Manage the creation of 1stlevel end user self-service capability. Facilitate 2ndlevel support of end-users by providing advanced ad hoc analytics(25%)
    • Group IT Architecture: Interpret the defined CBA Group IT Architecture, and develop Information Management and Analytics strategies and plans aligned to it.  The incumbent will advise on the opportunities of refinement of the Architecture. This role will manage the adoption of recommended improvement to ensure Information Management and Analytics within CBA iscarried in adherence to, and advancingthe GITA(25%)
    • Second Level Support and Problem Management: Proactively identify commonly escalated BI Platform issues and developing enduring solutions to these persistent issues for BI Platforms. The incumbent willmanage the team responsible for 2nd Level Support on the bank’s BI Platforms and develop their capability of improving design and development methods(20%)

    • Continuous build/Integration tools e.g. Jenkins/Bamboo Issue/bug tracking tools e.g. JIRA
