Designs, fabricates, joins, and repairs equipment, fixtures, and structures by using various welding techniques. Welders are called upon to lift and carry heavy objects, and work under conditions of restricted movement.
Job Responsibilities
- Operates drill presses, power saws, grinders, metal lathes and a variety of welding equipment and hand tools.
- Analyzes plans, drawings, work samples, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirements and sequence of welding assignments.
- Estimates material and labor.
- Recommends supplies and materials to be ordered.
- Skills in the fabrication, joining and repair of a variety of metal objects, equipment, fixtures and structures.
Qualifications

Job Responsibilities
- Understand and comply with HACCP and GMP requirements and processes
- Able to understand all bottling line machinery and controls
- Must have basic mechanical / electrical troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of basic industrial electricity, 110v, 220v, and 480v three phase
- Communicate to Supervisors, Line Workers, Cellar, Quality Assurance (QA), SENIOR Management, and Co-workers

- Work effectively and remain calm in all situations

- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facility to keep them in top working condition

Job Responsibilities
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
- Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
- Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
- Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous.
Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 5 years relevant work experience in Food/Dairy/Juice/Bottling/FMCG specifically on Electrical/Plant Maintenance/Power House (LT/HT)
- Can read and comprehend electrical plans, drawings, manuals and documents.
- Must be familiar with packaging machines such as fruit juice process equipment, Bottle fillers, Labelers and Palletizer.
- Ability to work alone with minimum supervision and can take other responsibility
- Ability to work, interact and organize Electrical Technicians to perform in critical times.
- Should be able to maintain safety and correct working environment for his team
