    Business Development Manager- Engineering

    Our client is one of the leading distributors and integrators of the most reliable power systems and solutions. They seek to hire a vibrant and persuasive Business Development Manager who will be tasked with the role of identifying new business, improving the company’s market position and achieving financial growth.

    Responsibilities

    • Create market awareness for the company’s products and solutions.
    • Develop and implement strategies which will help the department meet its monthly sales targets and increase company market share in line with company objectives.
    • Marketing and selling Company’s products, solutions and services to customers through field visits, cold calls, over the internet, and other marketing channels.
    • Generating and sharing of innovative ideas in line with company products and solutions portfolio which will lead to the development of unique differentiated solutions.
    • Lead in recruitment, development and shaping up of the sales team to ensure growth in company revenue.
    • Lead the sales team in developing business profitably in various vertical markets.
    • Reviewing sales performance on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis.
    • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
    • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients.
    • Keep a keen eye on market trends and the competition.
    • Work with a team to develop proposals that speak to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing or Business-Related Field with an engineering background.
    • At least 2-3 years working experience in a similar role – preferably in an engineering Company.
    • Must have good negotiation skills and the ability to close sales deals.
    • Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
    • Must have experience in social media and digital marketing.
    • Able to meet sales targets within the set time frame.
    • Excellent communication skills.

    FMCG Sales Rep

    Our Client is a local distributor of Cosmetic and laundry products. They seek to hire a Sales Representative who will be tasked with increasing sales and brand visibility for the company products in both Key accounts and General trade.

    Responsibilities

    • Achieve an increase in the number of accounts and brand visibility of company products
    • Collect orders from the various supermarkets and beauty shops
    • Monitor sales in the market to ensure targets and objectives are met
    • Ensure optimal availability of products over long and short-term
    • Ensure Route to Market & Territory Management optimization
    • Development of strong relationships with wholesalers, distributors, and retailers
    • Ensure cash collection as per agreed terms with customers (work and communicate closely with the Finance department)
    • Maintain accurate records of all accounts’ sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory
    • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
    • Prepare regular reports and analysis on sales.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of a Diploma in Sales & Marketing or related field.
    • MUST Have 2 – 3 years in experience in FMCG General Trade sales. Sales experience in the Cosmetic industry is a plus.
    • MUST have a clean and valid driving license
    • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
    • Ability to work in a team
    • Should be a highly motivated and aggressive sales person.
    • Should be presentable & well kept at all times.

    Senior HRO - Engineering

    Our client is a mechanical engineering company they seek to hire an experienced Senior HRO who is conversant with the ISO Implementation to provide HR advice relating to the effective management of personnel within the company.

     Responsibilities 

    • Set up and oversee the HR department i.e. HR records oversight and aligning to labor laws and regulations.
    • Maintain records of all employees as per the statutory requirements.
    • Develop and manage a comprehensive staff training plan in all departments.
    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
    • Formulate effective performance appraisal policy procedures and ensure its compliance, track and report on staff and team performance
    • Target to have overall company performance at an average of 90% every quarter.
    • Ensure proper management of staff amenities and occupational health and safety
    • Be involved in selection and recruitment, reward system review, termination and resignation procedures, and processes.
    • Enhance organization communication flow, encourage and develop employee-management communication.

    Qualifications

    • Must have a Degree or a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management
    • Must have at least 4 years’ experience in a similar role
    • Must be above 34 years
    • Must have experience in ISO implementation processes.
    • Excellent computer skills.
    • Good communication skills.
