    Direct Sales Representatives

    The HF Group DSR

    The jobholder is responsible for generating Retail leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include

    • Sales presentations
    • Activations
    • Product demonstrations

    Scope of work:

    • Business planning and growth
    • Promoting the bank's products and services to clients
    • Acquire new business through maximizing every customer (both new and existing) contact with a focus on the general Mass Market segment, covering all products needs to meet personal targets.
    • Providing excellent customer experience to walk-ins and existing customers.
    • Ensure the best in class in terms of quality of customer experience, sales, turnaround time and productivity standards.
    • Work closely with the different Sales team to assist in the new acquisition of customers across segments.
    • Continuously provide feedback on the acceptance of the products in the market and suggest changes that could improve uptake.
    • Review and appraise customer application form before submission.

    Operational risk controls and procedures

    • Adhere to set guidelines and processes to avoid mis-selling, misrepresentation, fraud and ensure adherence to customer data confidentiality principles
    • Adhere to all KYC guidelines and procedures, comply with local regulatory requirements, reflect best practices
    • Comply with all applicable money laundering prevention procedures and, in particular, report any suspicious activity to the Unit Money Laundering Prevention Officer
    • Tracking and monitoring of TAT and errors to ensure the minimum threshold is met.

    Desired Candidate Profile

    The right applicant would have the following skill set:

    • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree Experience:
    • Minimum of 0-3yrs experience in sales, preferably within the Banking Industry.
    • General knowledge of banking operations and processes.
    • Computer /IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft office applications e.g. Word; Excel; PowerPoint etc.

    • Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines.
    • Demonstrate integrity and ethical standards
