    Marketing Manager

    Job Description

    Minimum qualifications

    • Bachelor of commerce (Marketing option)
    • 2 years experience
    • Digital marketing experience
    • Marketing content designing skills will be an added advantage

    Key Roles

    • Market the college’s programs for increased students enrollment
    • Undertake public relations activities to create, maintain and enhance cooperate image
    • Spearhead the design, implementation and marketing of new academic and executive training programmes
    • Conduct market research to generate information necessary for decision making
    • Prepare departmental budget for revenue generation, resource allocation and control
    • Market the college’s training programmes and executive seminars to increase income
    • Coordinate the implementation of the college’s marketing strategy to ensure achievement of business strategy
    • Maintain Discipline in the department while out for marketing to achieve harmony and meet marketing objectives
    • Coordinate Development of new marketing strategies for the department to increase departmental profitability and growth.
    • Analyze and compile weekly marketing reports and performance for use in decision making.
    • Support the establishment of linkages between the college and other Institutions to support College’s objectives of marketing
    • Maintain effective communication between the marketing department and other stakeholders for mutual understanding and image position.
    • Co-ordinate & ensure the marketing content is well packaged to deliver desirable outcomes.

    Job Description

    1. KNEC or NITA Diploma in Cosmetology/Beauty or Hair dressing
    2. 2 years teaching experience.
    3. TOT Certificate

    Key Roles 

    • Prepare lessons and other teaching materials for efficient and effective teaching
    • Lecture in the field of competence in order to empower students
    • Prepare, evaluate and grade student’s assignments, tests, projects and examinations for proper student assessment
    • Counsel and guide students in order to enhance learning and social responsibility
    • Set and administer test/examinations, write study Pac and prepare schemes of work and lessons plans to ensure learning and maintenance of high standards
    • Participate in the development of new programs to increase departmental profitability and growth
    • Conduct research to update knowledge into the field of competence
    • Write a study Pac for the relevant subject
    • Monitor student class attendance and fees payment to facilitate decision making and prompt fees collection
    • Attend and participate in scheduled departmental meeting and staff activities/events to facilitate communication

    Driving Instructor

    Job Description

    Minimum qualifications

    • NTSA Certificate number
    • Instructor license number
    • Good conduct certificate
    • KRA Pin
    • National Identification Card
    • Valid driver’s license and possess a clean driving record.
    • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering will be an added advantage

    Key roles

    • Maintenance of machines and equipment used in instruction.
    • Preparing lesson plans, instructing, assessing and marking theory & practical work for students.
    • Explain how a car operates, how to perform safety checks and what to do in case of an emergency. .
    • Guide learners through the new NTSA guideline and curriculum.
    • Prepare learners for NTSA Driving exams for Class A,B and  C
    • Guide students to maintain equipment and ensure safety.
    • Maintain an accurate record of attendance of the students both in class and field.
    • Correspond with management concerning the materials/devices/kits required.
    • Be responsible for preparing lessons and guiding students through NTSA curriculum.
