Country Manager- Ecommerce

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience None
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Administration / Secretarial , Human Resources / HR , Sales / Marketing / Retail / Business Development
Main responsibilities include:
- Drive overall top line and profitability development
- P&L ownership
- Recruit and manage the team
- Define and drive action plans to create strong relationships with local stakeholders
- Coordinate your commercial team with the other services (Marketing, Partnerships, Finance).
- Ensure regular reporting
- Manage the team efficiency and cohesion
It is essential that applicants have leadership experience working within e-commerce or retail.
