FTTx Roll-Out Manager at Virtual HR

Principal Accountabilities:

• To co-ordinate all implementation activities on the field
• Allocate and follow-up tasks to/with various teams
• Keep track on the performance and behavior of the teams
• Control and Follow up with teams on Material usage
• Prepare daily reports to the project manager
• Ensure quality and adherence to technical specifications
• Ensure synchronization with project schedule and budget
• Regular physical presence on site to ensure above tasks

Qualifications, Experience, and knowledge:

• Degree / Diploma in Telecommunications / Electrical / Electronics / Civil Engineering
• At least 5 years' experience in fiber optic related projects as technician/engineer
• At least 2 years' experience in FTTx projects as roll-out manager
• At least 1-year experience as roll-out manager to manage various teams such as Civil works, Cable installations, splicing and testing in FTTx scenario
• Knowledge of AutoCAD (added advantage)
• High level proficiency with Microsoft office - Excel, word, power point, project . Holder of valid driving license
