Qualifications:
Master’s degree in organizational capacity development or a related field required
Minimum 7 years of relevant senior-level professional experience required, with at least 5 years of experience in sub-Saharan Africa. East African experience preferred
Demonstrated experience in managing and supervising a technical team working on organizational capacity development activities
Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work effectively with intergovernmental or government representatives and other stakeholders, particularly at the regional level
Experience with donor-funded development projects of a similar scale and scope, USAID preferred
Knowledge and experience in training and facilitation
Demonstrated leadership, versatility, and integrity
Experience in human and institutional capacity development (HICD) preferred
Professional level of oral and written fluency in the English language required
