    Sales Executive - Elevators - Escalators

    Job description

    Responsibilities

    • Present, promote and sell KONE products and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
    • Proactively develop and create customer relationships in their area of responsibility
    • Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
    • Growing KONE’s position in their customer base and market assigned area
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and solve complaints with the rest of KONE team
    • Document the customer and contact information and maintain customer data
    • Create repair leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet the repair sales budget and pricing targets
    • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
    • Validate that the contents of the order received from the customer are in line with the negotiation process outcome, including terms and conditions, quality and safety
    • Accountable for hand-over to installation, maintenance and/or engineering with complete and correct information
    • Maintain full information of opportunities, tasks and visits and presented on a monthly basis

    Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in construction or related industries
    • Prior knowledge of the elevator/escalator industry will be an added advantage
    • Excellent English language skills both written and verbal
