Waiter/Waiteress/Bartender at Capital Club East Africa

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communication
• Reports directly to the Senior Floor Manager and Floor supervisors
• Provides functional assistance and direction to the outlet
• Attends the daily briefing with other F&B staff
• Maintains good relationships with the kitchen staff, be friendly and supportive to all staffs within the whole club
• Monitoring the seating and estimating the waiting time of the guest while communicating with the Restaurant team
• Food & Beverage Service
• Coordinates and directs prompt, efficient and courteous serving of food and beverage in the Outlet as per SOP Manual
• Participates in service, as necessary, in accordance with the requirements, SOP’s and practices of the Outlets
