    Assistant Registrar – Authentication & Student


    The job holder will be responsible for processing student requests, verification and authentication of qualifications


    • Conduct verification and authentication of academic and professional qualifications submitted for admissions every intake;
    • Follow-up and provide feedback to the Senior Assistant Registrar and to the clients on pending applications or requests;
    • Process student requests relating to academic leaves, readmissions, deregistration, termination, discontinuations, appeals, certification of documents and
    • confirmation letters;
    • Organize and file application documents;
    • Consult and refer prospective students to specific Chairs of Department or Deans for additional information or approvals;
    • Disseminate appropriate materials and information to students and staff as requested from time to time;
    • Draft mandated letters, schedule and coordinate large mailings to students;
    • Assist clients on the procedure for authentication of foreign qualifications;
    • Responsible for responding to departmental email enquiries related to admissions and registrations;
    • Perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time by your Supervisor or Management.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Information Technology/Social Sciences or any other related field from a recognized university.
    • 2-year experience in office administration in a busy environment preferably an institution of higher learning
    • Must have knowledge of G-suite / Google apps.
