Branch Sales Executive at Frank Management Consult Ltd

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and grow the branch customer base. 
• Promote and sell the company's products and services to new and existing customers. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. 
• Achieve individual and branch sales targets. 
• Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales. 
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. 
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. 
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. 
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Branch Manager. 
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• 1–2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in retail, or a related industry. 
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. 
• Customer-focused with excellent relationship management abilities. 
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
