Business Development Officer at Fidelity Shield Insurance

Fidelity Insurance is seeking to recruit Business Development Officer, based in Nairobi.

The key deliverable for the role is to grow the company’s business though acquisition, development and maintenance of a strong and profitable business portfolio as per the projected targets.

This will involve: identification of new business opportunities; identification and recruitment of Brokers, Agents and Independent clients; and all operations related to maintenance of the business.

Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• Progress in certification in Insurance (CII or IIK).
• At least 3 years insurance industry experience at least one of which should in Business Development.
• Experience in Tender management.
