Our client, a prominent company specializing in cement manufacturing in Tripoli, Libya, is actively seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable professional to join their exceptional team.

THE JOB

As a CCR Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the cement production process. The successful candidate must have previous experience in a similar role and possess a solid understanding of cement manufacturing processes.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.

1. Take full responsibility for the safe and effective operation of the cement production plant.
2. Monitor all equipment closely, including crushers, raw mills, kilns, and cement mills, to ensure uninterrupted production and optimal performance.
3. Perform regular inspections and process checks to identify any deviations, abnormalities, or equipment malfunctions and promptly report them to the appropriate personnel.
4. Continuously monitor production parameters and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards and maximize production efficiency.
5. Operate the central control system to monitor and control equipment, utilizing various panels, computer systems, and software.
6. Coordinate with other operators, production technicians, and maintenance personnel to optimize workflow and maintain smooth operations.
7. Follow safety protocols and procedures during all activities, ensuring adherence to HSE standards and regulations.
8. Participate in regular training sessions and stay updated with the latest advancements, technologies, and regulations in the cement manufacturing field.
9. Conduct regular checks on process equipment, follow maintenance schedules, and escalate any issues to the maintenance team for prompt repairs or maintenance.
10. Maintain proper process documentation and accurately record production data, ensuring that all reports are complete and filed correctly.

QUALIFICATIONS

The job holder should have the following qualifications.

1. A technical diploma or ITI holder in engineering or a related field is preferred.
2. Proven experience of at least 11 years as a CCR Operator or similar cement industry role is essential. Preferably in the cement or heavy industry sector.
3. Strong knowledge and understanding of cement manufacturing processes, machinery, and equipment.
4. Familiarity with the central control room operation and experience using related control systems, panels, and software. Knowledge of international electrical safety standards and regulations.

1. A competitive gross salary of 700- 800 USD Per Month.
2. Overtime of 2 USD per hour.
3. Food and local allowance of 300-400 LYD (Libyan dinar).
