Job Responsibilities :

P&L Management :

• Effective management of all lines of P&L to meet top and bottom line aspirations for sub cluster.

Finance Controlling :

• Timely reporting of all statements, MIS, group reporting.
• Business processes review and strengthening.

Strategic Planning :

• Closely working with the business to create and comply to annual operating plans and budgets.
• Business analytics and strategy creation for achieving long range plans.

Compliance :

• Timely closure of all reporting requirements.
• Preparation and closure of all statutory and internal audits.

People Management:

• Create an inclusive environment based on company's values.
• Build and groom an engaged and high performance team

Forex & External Networks :

• Build an extensive external network across bankers, finance professionals and industry influencers .
