Job Summary

Our client is looking for a chef with knowledge of Chinese cuisines.

Responsibilities
- Plans and implements an excellent dining experience.
- Ensures smooth operation in the Kitchen area and proper products control for higher profitability yields.
- Ensures the highest level of food safety
- Preparation of Chinese cuisines
- Handles guest feedback with regards to quality / variety of food served.
Qualifications
- Diploma/Certificate in food production
- At least 2 years of experience as a Chef specializing in Chinese cuisines.
- Must be able to provide the best quality and Chinese cuisine.
- Knowledgeable in Food Safety
- Has the passion towards quality and creativity for new modern presentations of Chinese Cuisine.
