    Corporate Sales Manager

    • The corporate sales manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans for a diverse portfolio of office products and solutions.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors degree in business Administration, sales & marketing, Information technology, or a related Field.
    • Professional certifications in sales, marketing, or business management will be an added advantage.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic planning abilities.
    • Strong understanding of corporate sales processes and solution-based selling.
    • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.

    Experience

    • Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in corporate sales within a similar or related industry (it solutions, office equipment, office furniture, automation systems, power
    • Solutions, or related sectors).
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing high-performing sales teams.
    • Salary: kshs. 300,000-400,000 plus company benefits

    Main responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets and market expansion goals.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the corporate sales team to improve performance, productivity, and customer engagement.
    • Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
    • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and proposal
    • Development to negotiation and closing deals.
    • Collaborate with internal departments (technical, operations, and customer support) to ensure successful solution delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
